We booked the private trip and it was the best decision ever. The car was super comfy and our guide was incredibly sweet. She gave us all the cool history and mythical stories without making it feel like a boring school lecture. Walking down the white pools barefoot feels so satisfying, and the water was warm. The theater up top is huge and it is very steep. We got some amazing photos up there. But my favorite part was just floating around in Cleopatra’s pool with a cold drink afterwards. The white travertines feels surreal to walk over. We loved every moment and will definitely come again next year.

Hierapolis theatre is our first stop. Hierapolis Theatre rises like a quiet masterpiece carved into the hillside; an echo of a world that once lived, loved, and gathered beneath its grand arches. As you stand before it, time seems to soften. The perfectly preserved rows of stone seats curve gracefully, embracing the stage as if still waiting for voices, music, and stories to return. Every detail; from the intricate carvings to the towering backdrop, whispers of Roman elegance and the artistry of a civilization that understood beauty as something meant to last forever. There is a certain stillness here, yet it feels alive. The wind carries through the ancient stones like a memory, and for a moment, you’re no longer just a visitor, you’re part of its story. Hierapolis Theatre doesn’t just show you history… it lets you feel it.
After exploring the magnificent theatre of Hierapolis, we will enjoy a delightful lunch at the famous Meşhur Denizli Kebapçısı, one of the finest traditional kebab restaurants in the city of Denizli. Here, you will savor a rich selection of expertly prepared beef and lamb dishes, accompanied by a variety of authentic Turkish mezes, offering a true taste of local culinary tradition.
After the lunch we will go to Experience the ultimate thermal pool luxury at Cleopatra's Antique Pool, where history meets healing in the same mineral-rich waters that once soothed the legendary Queen of Egypt. This unique swimming experience combines ancient Roman grandeur with modern therapeutic wellness, creating an unforgettable highlight of your Pamukkale visit. According to legend, this remarkable thermal pool was a gift from Mark Antony to Cleopatra VII, the last Pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. Historical accounts suggest that Cleopatra regularly bathed in these calcium-rich waters, believing in their power to maintain her legendary beauty and health. Warm, gentle, and timeless. You slip into water that has touched empires, where Roman columns rest beneath the surface like memories that refused to disappear. It doesn’t feel like swimming; it feels like floating through history, held softly by something far older and wiser than words can describe.
After exploring the Hierapolis Theatre, Cleopatra's pool, and a very traditional lunch, now it is time to rest in the healing waters of the travertine pools. Imagine swimming in the pools that are on the clouds. Spending the rest of the day in these pools and enjoying sunset. Pamukkale feels like a quiet love letter written by nature itself. Patient, ancient, and impossibly beautiful. The white travertines spill down the mountainside like frozen waterfalls of light, soft and glowing under the sun. Step by step, you walk across what feels less like earth and more like clouds turned solid, shaped over thousands of years by mineral-rich waters that never stopped flowing, never stopped creating beauty. Together, Pamukkale and Cleopatra’s Pool don’t just impress you, they stay with you. Like a feeling you can’t quite explain, but never want to forget.
After spending a beautiful day and with lots of memories, we will drive back to Bodrum, and drop you off to your hotel or to your prefered location.

Such a unique place. Walking on the white travertine terraces feels surreal, and the ancient theater is absolutely stunning. We loved swimming in the cleopatras thermal pools over the old ruins. it felt like a natural spa day mixed with a history lesson. Took hundreds of pictures of white cotton castle. Lunch was great and our guide özlem was fantastic. She made everything incredibly smooth and easy. Don't miss here if you have a chance. Highly recommend.
Excellent tour with an excellent team. It was very well organized and comfortable from beginning to end. The car was very comfortable and everything was arranged perfectly. Booking was very easy and we had limitles options to personalize for us. Our guide Ali was fantastic very informative and kind. Pamukkale itself is incredible and totally worth visiting. It is a huge site. The Cleopatras pool was amazing to swim in. Water was warm and relaxing, and I could feel that it took the pain away from my body. It was a very relaxed and high quality trip, I would definitely recommend this tour.
Visiting Pamukkale Travertine pools was a dream come true. Swimming in Cleopatra’s Pool, surrounded by ancient greco roman columns right beneath the water, felt like stepping back in time. Only Cleopatra herself wasn't there The water is beautifully warm, clear, and incredibly relaxing. It’s the perfect place to unwind after walking through the ruins. Definitely bring your swimsuits. You cannot leave Pamukkale without experiencing all of these beauties. Lunch was delicious. Our guide ozlem was so nice and helpful. She took care of everybody very well. We will visit here again next years.
We had an amazing day visiting Pamukkale from Bodrum city. The journey is a bit long, but the private car was very luxurious and comfortable. We had a fun ride with coffee break. Our guide was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything about the history of Pamukkale and Hierapolis ancient city in a really interesting way. Pamukkale travertines are magestic. We loved the walking tour on terraces. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, including lunch which was delicious. Definitely worth it if you prefer a more comfortable and personalized experience instead of a crowded group tour. Highly recommended.
We were on holiday with my parents and grand parents and this tour was the perfect choice for our family. Our guide was very nice and accommodating, making sure everyone was enjoying the moment. One of the best part for me was ofcourse swimming in Cleopatra's Antique Pool. It’s not something you get to do every day. It feels very special floating in warm water surrounded by ancient ruins. Pamukkale travertines is super cool and definitely worth the visit. Lunch was great and everything we tried was delicious. We are really happy that we chose this tour and I would definitely recommend it to all large families
As a tour guide, i worked with Ali Bey and his team in Pamukkale. It was really great experience to be part of Polestar Travel Agency. All agency staff were friendly and polite, cars are clean and well organised. Ali Bey also joined our tour in Pamukkale, he always made people feel relax and special as an amazing host. Thank you so much for everything.
We had an amazing experience, and a big part of that was many thanks to our guide, Mr. Adem. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole tour enjoyable from start to finish. You can really tell he loves what he does. He took us to a local resturant where food was the best I had in turkiye. The tour was very well organized, the vehicle was comfortable, and Pamukkale was absolutely stunning. We went as a group of friends and had a really fun day overall. We explored the ancient ruins, including hierapolis theatre, which was really impressive. Then we had free time enjoying Cleopatra's Pool, which was fun and relaxing at the same time. Holidays are best with friends. I highly recommend this pamukkale private tour.
There are places you visit, and then there are places that stays with you a little longer than expected. This was one of those days. The first impression of Pamukkale Travertine Pools complicated, it makes you feel either you are in a fairy tale and walking on the clouds or you are in an another planet. Breathtaking. Then, our guide Ms. Ozlem took us to explore the ancient city and found ourselfs standing at the top the Hierapolis Theatre. We sat there longer than planned, not because we had to, but because it felt like the kind of place you should not hurry through. The view was amazing. Cleopatra's Antique Pool was something else entirely. Warm, slightly mineral, with ancient stones beneath your feet. Overall a very well organised, unforgettable tour with an amazing team. I highly recommend this tour.
We booked this All-inclusive private tour to see the ancient history of Bodrum and at the same time to learn the culture of the locals, because it was our first time in Turkey. And it worth it. Top noch professionalizm and I would definitely recommend this guys.
Was a fantastic tour with a fantastic guide Mr. Adem. Everyting was greatly scheduled and always on time. Our transportation car was very luxurious and comfortable. It was a fun ride from bodrum village to pamukkale. The restaurant we went for lunch was amazing, food was very delicious. Kebab is always the best choice in turkey. Pamukkale is not something that you can describe with words, this beauty is something that you have to see in person. You can spend hours in termal pools. It is good for your body and your soul. Walking around the ancient city is extremely peaceful. We enjoyed every moment.
This place was the highlight of our holiday in Turkey. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the scenery. I think this might be the best sunset I've ever seen. We had plenty of time to explore. Our guide first, showed us the ancient city and told us the magnificent stories about the history of here. The story betwen Hades and Persephone deserves a movie. Hierapolis theatre was well preserved and stands majestic. Travertines are beautiful to watch and walk on them. Overall an amazing experience away from the resort.
Best tour I had in turkey. We decided to do a private tour to pamukkale because it is far and we needed to make our own time. Pick up was on time and drive was smooth with resting stops. Guide serhat was exceptional. We had lunch first soon as we arrived the city which was delicious. Then we headed to the ancient city. It was really nice but the most beautiful part for us was the travertines. We spent hours laying lazy in mud and water on the white travertines. We drove back to bodrum after we watched the sunset, which was mesmerizing. I think everyone must visit this place.
Very easy to book with Mr. Ali at Polestar travel. We orginesed together cuz we needed more flexibility and we didn't want to visit ancient city (kids are not intersted) we mostly focused on a program about the travertines and it was a wonderful day at pamukkale. Lunch was very good. Pools were magnificent. We did spend a very pleasant day. Many thanks to Mr. Ali, Mr. Serhat and Ms. Ceylan who took care us so well. Bring sunscreen if you are going to spend time in waters.
It was amazing to take shower under the fountain of thermal water flowing over the white travertines. The whole place is a definition of beauty and absolutely worth visiting. And definitely explore the theatre and the old baths, you wont regret. I can say that this was the best day of our one week holiday in turkey. The whole tour was very good aranged and our guide was very nice. Lovely lovely tour.
The atmosphere there was magical. A truly amazing experience. Tour was very well aranged for us by our tour guide Mr. Adem. He was extremely nice and kind. I would strongly recommend here to everyone who travels to turkey.

We drove from Bodrum to pamukkale which was very luxurious and comfortable. Driving takes a while but the sightseeing is worth to experience. If you are in pamukkale you can watch the hotair balloon tours by going early in the morning. Next time in turkey, I am definitely going to experience the hotair balloon over the white travertines. The place is beautiful and very attractive. A little tip; start with exploring the ruins and the theatre and then enjoy the rest at waters of the white travertines.
The best part was after exploring the ancient ruins and lots of walk around , to go and enjoy the healling waters on a hot day. We tried the bath with the white mud and it felt really nice. So if you are going for this definitely take your swim suit with you. And lots of sunscreen. And an umbrella if you are going to visit the ruins of Hierapolis. Guys at Polestar Travel did a great job organising this private tour for us. Everyhing was very special. I think everyone must experince here.
It is not just the white travertines, the whole city is ancient ruins and it is miles big. One of the most unique place I've ever been. We walked almost every where around the white travertines. Leaving with great memories and lots if pictures but we will definitely come again.
A friend of mine had visited here two years ago, and since then he was always talking about how magical this place was. And finally I made it here. Words are not enough to tell how beautiful is here. Absolutely breathtaking. We spend almost 10 hours here and still didn't want to leave. I would come here everyday f I was living near by. Because it is huge and so much more to see. Our guide Mr. Adem was very nice. He made a very good organisation for us. Kebab he recommend for us was delicious. We loves pamukkale. It was well worth to visit.
The scenery is spectacular. I thought it would be small but it is almost a small mountain size. There were thousands of people and it got more crowded near the sunset. I loved the ruins of the ancient city. Especially the theatre of Hierapolis. Such well maintaied. Our ride from Bodrum city to pamukkale was very comfortable with coffee break. Driver and Guide were very nice and professional. Everything was smooth and relaxing. We had a great day.
This is the place where you can see mankind's architectural achievement and natures miracle at the same time. We took a long walk in the ruins of heraklion. And then enjoyed the warm waters on the white travertines. It was very calm and relaxing. Our guide took us to an incredible kebab house, food was fantastic. Is was a very well tailored ptivate tour by Polestar Travel. I highly recommend.
I highly recommend this natural beauty. Even though it looks small in pictures, it is huge and majestic. The Hierapolis Theatre is wonderful and very well preserved. Ancient ruins are everywhere and you are allowed to walk almost every corner of the site. We couldn't get enough of this natural beauty. Definitely a must see place in Turkey
We were amazed by the white natural beauty. The feeling when you walk on the marbels of termal pools barefoot was delightful. It was very crowded during the sunset. So take as much as pictures as you can earlier. Our tour guide was very nice. She took us to some untuched places. Very well organised. I highly recommend here.
An amazing day to spend at the white travertines, while you can take a walk in the ruins, visit the museum, explore the Ancient theatre and then swim in the antique pool of Cleopatra at the same time. Cleopatra must have been very lucky to own all of these 😇 it was a very nicely organised tour for us. Guide was fun and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.
I now know why they call it Cotton Castle. This place is an absolute heaven that created by nature itself. Don't miss it if you are traveling to Türkiye. We had a private tour organised by Polestar travel that was very nicely tailored. Ride was nice and smooth, lunch at kebab house was amazing. Site is huge and to explore the Hierapolis theatre and the ruins best wait for the late afternoon when the sun is less affective. And if you have enough time, Sunset over the white travertines is a must watch there.
Travelled with my family. Pamukkale and Hierapolis tour was absolutely breathtaking. The cotton white travertines of pamukkale were stunning. Ancient ruins and theatre of Hierapolis has a fascinating atmosphere. Exploring around with our guide was so fun. We were completely impressed with the professionalism and service. Thank you very much for this unforgettable memory.
Our guide Ali was wonderful; he was attentive to anything we needed, he is a man of great culture and took the time to talk to us about any questions. Throughout the trip, he offered us drinks and snacks; in the morning, he welcomed us with delicious simit, the best we tried in Turkey 🇹🇷. He caught up with us during our walk in Pamukkale to bring us water and help us take photos and videos. I definitely recommend this experience with Ali; despite the long journey from Bodrum, Ali made it worthwhile even during the ride in the vehicle, as he shared a lot about this area of Turkey. Thank you for everything, Ali
