Antalya City Tour W/boat Trip, Old Town & Waterfall From Belek

The guide and tour was very good. The guide gave us information but let us take a look around for ourselves. The biggest issue me and my partner have with this tour is that the description / itineary when booking says one thing and then after purchasing the itinerary says a different thing and on the day you do a totally different itinerary to what either describes. Also its important to note that you do not get to go on a cable cart ride as described in the description and this has been the case since 2024 so the tour listing / description definitely needs updating as the cable car is one of the reasons we booked this excursion and after contacting the tour provider about this - they refused to take any accountability for this and acted as if its not their issue to resolve and refused to refund us so we had no choice but to go on the tour or else lose our money for nothing.

Antalya city day tour - Duden falls, boat ride We had such a wonderful day exploring Antalya on this tour. From the stunning Duden Falls to the fascinating stop at the jewellery store and the charming walk through the old town, everything was thoughtfully planned and ran so smoothly. The instructions were always clear, the pace was comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed, friendly, and fun. A big shout-out to our guide, Ahmed, who truly made the day special. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable — sharing so many interesting facts and stories that brought each place to life. He took great care of everyone and created a lovely vibe within the group. Would happily recommend this tour, and especially Ahmed, to anyone visiting Antalya!

Very good communication, only criticism was we spent too long at the silver factory. Ossman our guid was 5 stars and extremely knowledgeable 👍

Never picked us up for tour. Phoned and through Viator asked what hotel and room number we were in, Gloria Golf Hotel. Said they would pick us up outside our hotel. Then said we should have been outside the sister hotel next door Gloria Serenity. Refused to refund our money.

The trip was a bit chaotic due to various reasons meaning we had a late start and missed out on some tour elements. Even the picture of this tour is totally misleading as the cable car experience (the bit we were really looking forward too) is no longer working. The trip also involves hard selling at a jewellery factory (something we really didn't want or need). Our guide Ozzie was excellent and informative and tried to keep things on track but eating lunch at 3:30pm was way too late. Overal a disappointment.

They did deliver what was promised, i.e. timely pickup, attending the promised landmarks like getting to the waterfalls, boat trip, Antalya old town, lunch etc. However, they also delivered smth that was never mentioned - being forced into a 'luxury' leather and fur shop on the way and being pushed and left in a fake brand shop in Antalya. In all the fairness, the last shop was near the promised Antalya Old Town, so if you're assertive enough to run away from pushy sales people, you do get a chance to spend your own time sightseeing there. Some people on our trip, sadly, were now. If it wasn't for that waste of time on the abusive and bullying 'shopping' experience, everything else would be fine. Seriously, why don't you separate the true sightseeing trips from those focused on shopping? I'm sure there's plenty of people who wouldn't want to mix the two.

We had an incredible experience on the Antalya city tour! The tour began with one of the most beautiful sights in Antalya — Düden Waterfalls. The powerful cascade, lush greenery, and cool mist created a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect start to the day and a great spot for amazing photos. We enjoy it, it's really worth making this trip. The waterfalls were awesome. Boat time was amazing, and the views were lovely. We had a good time. ☺️ 🤩

The town of Belek is very beautiful, the people are very friendly, a place of greenery and golf. Each hotel has its own charm, food, rooms, cleanliness top-notch, every year in the month of May we like to come back on vacation. We'll see you again.

This trip did not happen. We’re not told the cable car was not operating when we booked. Didn’t like being made to visit a silver shop. No time given to explore Antalya as we were meant to believe.

A solid two stars all around. On the good side, the weather was nice, the waterfall was pretty. The boat ride was okay. The tour guide did speak English and did in fact provide a little bit of the history of some of the sites. He did not provide a great history of all of the sites. Some of them such as the cliff carvings were not discussed at all. The biggest issue was that he attended to stroll on ahead of the group and managed to lose two of them as we walked around the old town. This led to quite a bit of delay as we tried to find them. He also left the group early to head home which was odd but not terrible. The itinerary was supposed to include the cable car which happened to have been broken. Instead of taking us to the lower falls, we ended up without anything filling in this time. From the description I thought that we were going to take the boat ride to view the lower falls from the water. This did not happen and may have been my misinterpretation. The van that we drove around in was definitely beat up. It was missing some of the internal air conditioning vents so the air conditioning just spewed into the cabin and didn't actually come out any of the vents. It definitely was showing some significant wear. There was a stop by a jewelry store where we were all supposed to get out and be sold the jewelry and some of the local foods. I have seen this trick before at other tours and the tour guide explained that the jewelry store underwrites some of the cost of the trip and indeed I felt the trip was very cost effective. Nonetheless, it's really a waste of my time to to end up being pushed around a jewelry store when I didn't really want jewelry. The lunch was supposed to be included and in fact only the main dish was included. Some of the main dishes were interesting and good and some were terrible. The drinks were not included and it was difficult to stay in front of hydration which is odd in a place which is clearly hot. The extra drinks and desserts and extra side dishes were continually being brought around and we were being upsold them throughout the meal. This was very annoying and I personally dislike being upsold while on vacation. It definitely ruined the meal which was overall mediocre. To break it down, I gave the itinerary two stars because it didn't include the cable car and didn't actually make up much of anything during that time. In addition, I was told the event would end at 3:00 and in fact it ended up finishing back at our hotel around 5:00 which made significant problems with the arrangements we had for the evening. I gave the tour guide two stars for strolling off without us and for not completely explaining all of the significant historical spots we were supposed to be seeing. The lunch was definitely two stars. Thoroughly annoying to be upsold and the food was okay some of the time but some of it was just not very good at all. I give the travel van that they took us around in to stars since it was in very tough condition but did actually run and get us where we needed to go.

This was a great tour including several activities however, it was missold as there is no cable car ride & hasn't been since April 2024 at least. This is mentioned in small print in the 'additional details' section of the booking area however, with the words 'cable car' emblazoned throughout the paperwork, the title of the tour & a cable car image advertising the tour I believe this is very misleading. Why not alter these details to fit the actual experience? I'm sure a 5 minute edit would do it.. My advice, don't book if you're expecting a cable car ride. Do book if you're not.

Our trip was fantastic! Our guide, Gamze, was not only informative but also incredibly kind and helpful. We appreciated the well-balanced itinerary, which included ample free time for exploring and shopping. The lunch was delicious, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this trip!

An excellent tour which I would have rated 5 star were it not for the cancelled cable car for mechanical reasons. Our guide for the day, Gamze from Tourmania, was excellent and very knowledgeable about the history, facts and geography of the region. The tour of old Antalya City in particular was superb. We were staying in Belek and the pick up and return to our hotel was slick. Would recommend this tour to all.

The guided boat tour to Dundell Waterfalls was phenomenal! The expert guide enhanced our experience with insightful commentary, making the stunning scenery even more captivating. Highly recommended for a perfect blend of adventure and tranquility in Antalya!

It has been the only tour in Antalya where they really cared about their country, explaining every detail about when and where. They have never brought us in some shops or places in order to buy something, never! They were punctual. It has been a simple experience that I would recommend to anyone!

It was a lovely tour We had quite an adventure with our tour guide CIHAN. We enjoyed the views from the waterfall and cable car.

Best of all was the Cable Car ride. You can get some amazing views of Antalya from the top of the mountain. Our guide Cihan was great - witty, friendly and very knowledgeable. 5 stars to him

The trip was very well managed, the tour guide was super nice, helpful and friendly. They just may need to improve the lunch options and portion. In General I really enjoyed it. And thankful for the company.

CIHAN was an amazing host and guide very knowledgeable. He was kind and caring and no one was left behind. No question was too silly. He kept us entertained. Would defo be back for another Cihan tour and will tell friends and family to get a tour by him

Very nice way to experience Antalyas's attractions. The company is well run and organized. The air conditionined bus arrived on time. The guide was very friendly and informative. We got to the falls before all the other tours, which meant we had an opportunity to experience it before the crowds. The guided tour through the old city, Kaleci was very interesting. The boat ride on the sea was very fun and the Cable car provided spectacular views of the city. I would definitely recommend this company.

We went on a tour as a family with a 6 year old daughter. The description of the tour sounded like a great opportunity to get to know Antalya. Had some concerns that our daughter will be not that happy, but even she liked it very much. Good mix of places to visit and travel time in between. Right amount of information not to get bored but still learn something. The included lunch was also great - not some posh place, but very tasty authentic kebabs. Overall great experience.

The tour started with beautiful waterfall in the east, moved north to experience another wonderful waterfall location. Then went on boat tour and ended with cable car part in the west. Beautiful scenery all round. In a way covered all four directions. Special shout out to tour guide Ms. Sunay. She knows the history of the city and with many years of experience in tourism industry knows how to paint the picture while speaking about the various sites and locations.

Waterfalls at first, the boat trip was a nice event too. Cable car not book. The guide organisate the trip to the old town very clever. We got all information about the history of Antalya and by the heat the way down to the harbour was very empathly and healthy for us tourists.

This was my first time to be on a trip with a tour guide, and it didn’t failed to amaze me. Our tour guide, Cihan, was fantastic. Aside from being humoristic, he’s also the tour guide who «knows what he’s doing». Very informative, and lots of good tips- from historical background of places we’ve been to, to good places where it’s nice to take pictures. I felt like the whole group was my family as well coz Cihan treated us as one. He is a very friendly guy as well, and shows appreciation to everybody. The whole trip was amazing. I may be an introvert person, but being with the group i was together with, it made the trip really fun. Tours without Cihan would not be the same when he retire in few years, though. Tips: If possible, a cooler aircondition in the vehicle would be better. 😅 But all in all 10/10. Well-recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent punctuality Good food Pickup van good And i highly recommend guide cihan, he made us feel like our grandpa is touring us around antalya with all his heart and full of concern for young kids specially. Explained us so well about each place, showed us the right spots for photos and always waited for us to relax a little and use washrooms and do a little shopping but made sure to finish every activity on time but relaxed n not in a hurry He made sure v attend each activity as it was windy they postponed our cable car but he made sure v got to do it and since they we’re punctual right from start, we did not encounter any rush, we were always the first ones to visit the activity or spot… And v were just 3 families together so it was amazing. Highly highly recommend this tour and guide cihan is superbbbbb❤️

Fantastic trip. Really enjoyed the water falls and the old city. The guide was quite knowledgeable and nice. The weather was very hot though and the air cons don’t work very well in all places.

The cable car experience was very good, at the top however they only have fnb, they could create more experiences for visitors, the area looked outdated.

Although the weather was really hot, we enjoyed our time with our guide Cihan. Would definitely recommend this tour but maybe not when it’s hot and humid. The food was also delicious!

What a fantastic day from start to finish. Pick up was from the hotel in the morning, and then the driver made other stops to pick up more people along the way from their hotels, and then the tour started. The tour consists of visiting two water falls - Lower and Upper Duden. Then there is a break for lunch (also provided by the tour company). Then we were taken to the cable cars, and finally the boat ride. The driver, the tour guide (who was very knowledgeable and informative), the tourist spots, the scenery, the food, everything was fantastic. My only real grumble is that we were taken to a jewellery shop/warehouse and to other shops where we feel inclined to buy something, or are pressured into buy something. This is a part of the tour which I did not purchase, nor did I want. But that is the only down side. For everything else, it is definitely 10 out of 10. Thank for such a lovely day out and I and my son deeply appreciate it.

We did this trip on October 19th 2022. Booking was very easy. Picked up at our hotel and off we went to enjoy a very full day of activities. Yousuf our guide was excellent and provided us with lots of information on various subjects. His knowledge of the local area and history was quite something but best of all was his mischievous sense of humour. A long day but great value for money and very entertaining.

Great price, lots of locations, excellent tour guide, young children enjoyed it, short boat ride at end of the day was great to see the town from the sea. Lots of time travelling on the mini bus but this gave the kids time to rest between locations.

What an amazing experience and our guide Yusuf was a great guide! We highly recommend this tour and hope to do it again
