A complete rip off. The tour has nothing to do with sightseeing. Your taken to a silver outlet consortium where crows come at you like flys trying to part you with your money for horrible jewellery, Then if that's not enough, your taken to a leather outfit. Same scenario €400.00 for a coat & that's after he decide to discount it further. Now I've wasted 3 hours of my vacation. So we to Waterfalls. Give me a break. Waterfalls are in Iceland.

We had booked the Antalya City Tour Duden Waterfalls, Lunch, Old City & Boat Ride and 4 others in our tour party joined us. Lucky guys 😀 We got picked up in a Mercedes van and visited the lower Düden Waterfall and upper Düden Waterfalls Lunch at a local Turkish restaurant chicken kebab meat rissoles & delicious accompaniment of salads. Off exploring the historic streets of Kaleiçi, Old Town through Hadrians Gate and enjoyed a pirate boat ride from the historic harbor. An awesome day thanks to guide Farida & driver Ali 🥳😎😀
Ahmed was a great tour guide. Ali was awesome in getting all of our accommodations worked out for such a great experience!! Gref travel has been the highlight of our experience in terms of being well informed and making sure all of our activities were great!
We had fabtastic time, the tour was well organised. Our guide Ahmed was very good and helpful. He knew the tour very well, told a lot about history of the places we attended. Saw many important places just in one day. Ahmed also provided general advise and answered all questions.
We've had a lovely day out on this trip today. Ahmed our tour guide was so welcoming and always checked in to ensure we were having a good time. When being shown around the old town he was full of knowledge making sure we got the most out of the experience. The boat trip wasn't too long but was nice to see the coast from the sea. The only thing that let this trip down for us was the silver factory, this is not advertised on the trip and made us feel abit uncomfortable as it was abit of a strange place. But overall definitely worth going, the views we have seen of both waterfalls were breathtaking whilst having the opportunity to explore the cave aswell. We did enjoy the trip and would recommend to anyone wanting to sight see.
Very interesting to see the old historic center of Antalya and the beautiful nature. Our guide Farida Can was very informative about history, nature and geograpjy. An excellent guide. Thank you for the tour
Hotel Pickup at 0800 was 20 minutes late. On arrival we transferred to a larger bus to merge with others. The lower waterfall wasn't as good as the upper one, and could be not visited, so saving an hour. Then we were surprised to visit a 'silver factory', which wasn't advertising. This turned out to be a huge, expensive, jewe6shop located on an industrial estate near a retail park. Another hour wasted. Lunch was, as expected, basic and limited. The walk through the old town was interesting. The boat tour at least offered a chance to have a beer. Then, unadvertised, was a 50 minute wait in the new town while hotel pick up buses came after various groups from other tours arrived. We eventually arrived back in Kemer at 1930 (11:30 spent on the 8 hour tour!) We should have taken a taxi/bus to the old town and marina only and returned which would have taken 5-6 hours and the same price and far less tiring and more enjoyable. By dropping the jewellery shop, lower waterfall and the new town wait could have saved 3 hours, but managing the return meant this didn't happen.
Excellent trip and great value for money. Ahmet was an excellent guide and the tour lasted for 11 hours including transfer from Kemer. Highlight was the Upper Duden Falls, but old town and boat trip were great too.
It was a good trip and our tour guide was amazing, he guided us in a safe and calm environment......
Our tour guide, Frida, was very helpful and friendly. The sites that we visited were well worth the trip and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya. The upper and lower Dudden falls had very nice scenery, particularly the lower falls. The van was comfortable with sufficient air conditioning (it is very hot and humid during the summer months).
A nice trip but felt very rushed, we had little to no time to stop in old town, the boat ride was good and gave us the opportunity to take some nice pictures. The food was full of flavour and tasted great and the waterfalls are picture perfect, but the stop at the jewelery shop was not on the iteniary that I saw and it wasn't somewhere I would have chose to go and think that time could be better spent spread threw the rest of the tour especially threw the old town tour
This tour needs some work. The fantastic tour guide managed to bring the day together despite too many hiccups to list including not having enough seats on the bus for the booked guests. A private car was added to the convoy with a non English speaking driver to make up for the extra people. As lovely as the driver was, this meant we, the people in the car, missed out on any tour guidance or information about the monuments passed along the journey. The waterfalls are amazing, the natural wonders of the springs and the ancient history make the area worth visiting and learning about. The lunch was outstanding but that's where it ends. Not enough time was permitted for free shopping, instead the group was dropped at specific stores where we were guided into rooms for presentations and fashion shows. If leather and textiles aren't of interest to you, too bad, there was nowhere else to go during these stops. The scenic relaxing boat tour was on a rickety pirate ship! Seats weren't bolted down securely, steps between levels were loose and wobbly under foot. There was no tour guidance on the cruise and there were no sights to see. We literally sailed out into the ocean and back again while pushy photographers forced guests to wear captain hats and pose for photos to purchase. There was less than one hour remaining at the end for free shopping and the bazaar was fantastic. Much more shopping time would have been appreciated. The entire day took 10 hours from pick up to drop off- more than 2 hours over time, causing us to miss out pre paid dinner plans. Dropping the cruise and fashion parade/ presentation would make this a much better experience.
Picked up on time from hotel. Waterfalls were beautiful. Tour guide was excellent. Nice gent with glasses. Boat trip was a nice chill in the beautiful harbour. We each have a special day on holiday and this was for the Mrs. She says its 10 out of 10. She's hard to please so would definitely recommend.
Tour was really well organised and we were picked up from our hotel. Feride and Ali were great, would definitely recommend!
Tour guide was lovely. This trip doesn't include any free time in old town which we thought it did but fortunately when others were on boat trip tour guide allowed us to wander around old town while they went on the boat trip and met up at port once finished. Waterfalls are lovely.
When I booked the tour, shopping was not mentioned in the program. Shopping (at 3 different places) was not interesting for me, so it was waste of time for meg.
Waterfalls and Cable Car were worth a visit , but the journey to see them , have lunch wait on others on a boat trip , call in to a jewellery outlet shop which wasn’t requested made it an extremely long day , so much so we got a taxi back from Antalya to Belek rather than wait on the bus
Great value for money and the guide was great fun. Had a brilliant day out. The cable car and boat trip were amazing
Frida was an excellent tour guide, she made us feel ease and explained all the historic points to us. Furthermore, we had small group and had fantastic time. The meal was nice too had shish kebab and everything went smoothly as expected. Can't really fault anything here. To be honest I have been let down before with excursion but I must admit Frida made us feel so conformable and being around here we felt in safe hands. Her English is awesome she used to teacher I would recommend using them.
We had a very disappointing experience on this tour. We were collected from our hotel in a minibus with minimal AC and driven to Antalya to the lower waterfalls. The lack of AC made the 30-40min journey quite unpleasant. Here we met the rest of the group and saw the lower waterfall before being transferred into a larger coach with good AC. On the way to the Upper waterfalls the guide explained that to achieve cost saving several tours had been combined and therefore the itinerary has changed. We quickly realised this meant that we would not be 7.5hours as advertised and the guide said we would be 9.5-10 hours and likely to return to Belek around 19:15. We were taken to a silver factory (an added stop) which took an additional hour and we were hassled by the staff there who were trying to sell us silver jewellery. All-in-all an unpleasant experience and wasted an additional hour of time. Additionally they charged several people extra for the cable car. Many said they had paid already but there was no wifi (no one could get the bus wifi working) so people paid up as they couldn’t check their bookings. We felt very uncomfortable as the guide went around asking people for money especially as the combination of tours meant some people were forced into this. We had to leave the tour and pay for our own taxi back to Belek as we need to be back within the advertised time limit. We asked for this to be refunded. The tour operator was very rude and said they wouldn’t as we had participated in all activity (a complete lie). The guide said the advertised timings were wrong. Overall I would not recommend this trip as there is no guarantee what you will receive.
This was a really fantastic tour overall. Everything was on time. The van was comfortable. The driver and tour guide (Fidayi (sorry for incorrect spelling) and Farida respectively) were really friendly, informative and accommodating. The locations were beautiful and definitely worth visiting. We were given plenty of time for each location and Farida was very informative. She spoke in clear English and answered all our questions. The lunch was delicious and they were accommodating to our vegetarian diet. I would definitely book again with Gref Travels on my return. Thank you. L
We had a very good time today in Antalya city tour. It is a very lovely city with its old and narrow streets and wonderful nature. We knew many interesting information about the city’s history from our guide Farida .. Thank you Farida and I hope we can come back again to Antalya so soon.
My friends and I booked Gref travel for a private day tour of the Duden waterfalls and temiktope cable car. Durali was super communicative and friendly about what to expect. The van we had was not brand new but it was clean, cold and comfortable. On the day of the tour he joined us to drive the van and brought an English speaking guide he introduced as Mr AA. Mr AA was wonderfully jolly and knowledgeable, with a twinkle in his eye as he cracked jokes and expounded on the history of the city. At our request they also took us to an ATM hub outside the old city so we could get more cash, and Durali met and carried the luggage of one of my friends who arrived mid tour. We had a fabulous 6 hour day at our pace and all enjoyed it immensely. The Duden falls are not to be missed if you visit Anatalya. Would book with Gref travel again!
Great Experience and excellent guides who spoke english and were really helpful. We had an amazing time from start to finish and were able to get some amazing pictures
We were on this tour today. After the first waterfall, our two families with two children were transferred to another bus and taken first to the jewelry boutique, and then to the leather and fur store, where we spent 3 hours, when this was not in the excursion plan at all and we were completely uninterested in it. Then there was the second waterfall - beautiful! Lunch after is also tasty. The walk through the Old Town was in unbearable heat because 3 hours were spent in places we didn't order. In the end, the children cried from exhaustion. The little ship is trash. River tram. In the end, out of the 8 hours stated together, we spent 12 and arrived tired and disappointed! Creepy organization!
Nice tour discovering the Duden waterfalls and the historic center. Very attentive and friendly guides. There are also two stops at shops that take a bit of time away from the visit, but all in all, they are prestigious local businesses and deserve a visit. Stop at the restaurant with good quality food (drinks not included!). Clean bus, well-maintained, and always cool. It is not possible to swim in the sea during the boat trip, which simply skirts the city before returning.
Excellent professional experience
Richtig Schade
