We booked this excursion with a scheduled 10:00am hotel pickup, as we were checking out that morning and had an afternoon flight. However, the night before the tour we were informed that pickup would instead be at 8:00am, with no opportunity to discuss or decline the change. This caused unnecessary disruption to our checkout arrangements. Before booking, we were told we would be returned to our hotel between 12:00pm and 12:30pm. This was a key factor in our decision to book, given our afternoon flight. The transfer itself was disappointing. We spent a considerable amount of time driving around Antalya collecting guests, and the vehicle appeared to have suspension issues, making the journey uncomfortable. On arrival, the venue itself was clean, well-maintained and offered lovely views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Unfortunately, communication was poor. The majority of guests were German-speaking, despite us booking an English-speaking tour. The guide spent approximately 20 minutes explaining the excursion in German, using presentation slides, before briefly speaking in English for only a few minutes. The English briefing consisted mainly of warnings not to damage the vehicles and provided very little useful information about the excursion. We also witnessed a member of staff repeatedly shouting at colleagues, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The same staff member also was rude when we asked about the cost of gloves, glasses and face coverings, repeatedly saying "PAY PAY!" demanding payment rather than clearly explaining the prices. We ultimately paid around £50 for these items, which seemed excessive considering the excursion itself cost approximately £83. The buggies were generally functional but not particularly well maintained. Our seatbelt jammed everytime with staff using a rock to bang it open! The steering was extremely heavy, which would be difficult for some drivers to manage at lower speeds. The route itself included a mixture of dusty, muddy and wet terrain. However, participants were required to remain in single file throughout and speeds were kept very low, which removed much of the excitement. The experience felt more focused on driving through puddles and dust clouds than enjoying an adventurous buggy ride. After stopping by a river for photographs, we returned to the main shelter area. We then waited for around an hour while guests were offered the opportunity to use the zipline, despite only one person taking part. By this point it was already around 12:30pm, the time we had originally been told we would be back at our hotel. When I reminded the guide that we had an afternoon flight and had been promised a return between 12:00pm and 12:30pm, he assured me we would be back at our hotel by 1:30pm. During this delay, there appeared to be a strong focus on encouraging additional spending. My son purchased an ice cream, but when he asked the price, the staff member simply took the money from his hand and gave him the ice cream without clearly stating the cost. When he asked whether there was a price list, he was dismissed with gestures to move away. This was disappointing customer service. The photographer's sales approach was similar. The initial price quoted for photographs was extremely high, only to be repeatedly reduced as we prepared to leave, eventually falling to less than a quarter of the original asking price. The return journey was the most frustrating part of the day. We were the last passengers remaining in the vehicle, yet instead of following a direct route back to the hotel, the driver entered the city centre, where traffic was considerably heavier. He then stopped outside some shops and left the vehicle, apparently to attend to personal business. When I asked where he was going, explaining that I was already concerned about missing my airport transfer, he simply shrugged. We finally arrived back at our hotel at approximately 3:30pm, over three hours later than the time originally promised. We were covered in dust and mud and had very little time before our airport taxi arrived. Overall, the venue and scenery were good, but the organisation, communication, customer service and disregard for guests' schedules were extremely disappointing. The experience felt heavily focused on generating additional sales rather than providing a quality excursion. I would not recommend this tour, particularly to anyone with flights or other time-sensitive commitments.

We had a brilliant day had lots of fun and met some lovely people Roma looked after use so well Brilliant
The quad biking itself was good. Excellent track with a variety of lovely scenery. Beware of the hard sell, however - you’ll be pressured into buying glasses, bandana, footwear (which incidentally you have to give back!) & drinks & snacks. I was surprised that there was no safety briefing / advice given before we set off & I was also surprised at how basic the head protection was. (Perhaps this is standard for Turkey though, I’m not sure.) With the bus pick-up from Antalya, we spent over 4 hours travelling to and from the location - far longer than we were expecting and wanting. Customer service needs to be improved.
It was a great appereance. We enjoyed it
loved the experience, they also take safety very seriously. very recommended
It was really fun. They pick you up and 3 hours later they bring you back.
This experience was so fun! We got picked up from our hotel, and the tour operator communicated well before the trip. Once we got there, we filled out a form. Our party was 4 adults, but we wanted 2 shares, so the tour operator allowed us to book 2 adults and 2 children tickets. We can purchase additional mask if we wanted, but we didn't think it was needed. Then, the guide explains instructions and we get to practice. For safety reason, they only allow you to proceed if you have good control of the quad, which is understandable as you are going on top of mountains. The actual ride was so fun and exciting, nice views, and we stopped at some places as well. This tour is so worth it. If you want to participate, need to be a bit confident in driving the quad, I was too slow with my turns.
Amazing experience that lasted a long time though the safari, fantastic staff that were very helpful. Would highly recommend 👌
Wet dirty but great fun lots of bumps climbs and wet puddles to make it more fun highly recommended 😁😁
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!! Driver was rude from the minute he picked us up. We alll Got sent back 5 minutes into riding for being slow !! DISGUSTING!! Tried to speak with the organisers KARELA TOUR totally ignored us . The worst experience ever!! WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!! they were very very unprofessional and made us stand in 40 degrees scorching heat outside for a over an hour to come back to hotel as we had to wait for the rest to finish for transport to set off .with 3 under 15s children . ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!
Diabolical experience. Workers were very confrontational and threatening. Can only ride the quadbikes very slowly so would not recommend for teens/young adults. They do not allow phones on the quadbike ride even though there was a break during the ride and the pictures were an absolute fortune (around 80 euro for a family of 5). Having done quadbiking previously in Dubai and Morocco, they were significantly more friendly and cooperative experiences than this was. However the terrain was interesting through the rainforest
We were given the address of a hotel pick up only to be told we're at the wrong place...to later find out the place they should have sent was 1 minute walk away however the driver didn't want to wait ultimately missing the tour initially. Viator didn't help at all so we had to be in contact with the operator ourselves to figure out an alternative time.
Don't book with viator. They'll change the hours and not give you credit for the tour. Next tour will not be with them and I canceled all my future and advise my clients to do the same.
This is advertised as a ‘2 hour quad bike safari’. We got a 4.5 hour experience that we didn’t want as we had a transfer to get to. When we addressed this with the owners they said ‘take it up with the sales agent’ and were not at all pleasant to deal with. Perhaps it is 2 hours once you get to the place, but they pickup people from all over the city which took all the time. The ride itself (takes about 1 hour) was good, although you don’t get ‘Turkish views’, you ride through a LOT of literal rubbish during the ride. You also ride in a line with other bikes and therefore get the fumes; don’t do this if you have asthma! They get you in and say it is dusty, and, ‘if you want to buy a buff we have them on sale’. They also take a lot of pictures and make you sit through a slide show (about 20 mins) at the end and try and sell you the photos. They don’t let you take your phone out for ‘safety’ reasons, even when you take a break, no photos. If we were not stressed about time, and it was an experience as advertised as ‘5 hours’ then maybe ok.
The activity was incredibly engaging and kept everyone involved, it was well explained before we started it was quite a small but we had fun though the actual instructor didn’t take us through everything through the activities bcz of the language barrier but the one who knew English very well took us through everything before we left. It was such a great experience.
Had an amazing time, plenty of time spent on the quads! Would do it again but try the buggys too! Instructors friendly and day just overall amazing highly recommend!
This was very good friendly people on quad safari and got pictures taken will look at booking on other tours as well 5 star service
They did not allow me to drive, told me that I "do not drive good enough", though the write the tour is for evryone and though I drive a car for 20 years. They were rude to me. I did not recieve a refund and lost half a day with them. Very dissapointed. Do not reccomend, since that can happen to anyone.
Pickup worked perfectly. German instruction. Well organized on site. Available for purchase directly on site: Bandana, goggles, gloves, etc. Showers possible outside. Changing rooms available. Change of clothes must be brought along. Photos and videos are taken by the organizer (and cost 30 euros.) Would love to do it again (We = couple, late 30s, rather beginners)
Very nice to do .. but put on clothes that may get dirty ...
Fantastic fun experience where we all got really well dirty. You basically decide how wild or dirty it should be, as you decide how fast you drive through mud or water. We were 2 adults and two children aged 6 and 9 years. We drove on 2 ATVs with a child behind each. On the way back, the children were allowed to sit in front and control, for their great pleasure.. There is a possibility to be rinsed from top to toe afterwards - remember to have shift clothes with you. The bus ride to and from was a long one of the kind and further long as there was road work and the queue then drove about 2 hours each way. But the bus had air conditioning, so it helped and the kids got a nap on their way home. We and our kids are for speed and excitement and therefore definitely a trip that was worth the money.
It was an incredible experience We have fun in our huge motorcycles Stay near the city of antalya About 1 hour ride with motorcycles
“safari” is not the appropriate term for this activity. Indeed, you will go quad biking, but in their terrain, with a predefined circuit. You will never see the beautiful mountain landscapes, nor the “freedom” to be in the middle of nature. Also, the monitor runs slowly, which makes the experience even less enjoyable.
The experience was just mega was a lot of fun. The organizers are very accommodating and also respond to questions very accommodating.
Olli program on quadrices! Was with his wife, everyone was happy with the point. Safe and yet very interesting ! I recommend diversifying the vacation and shaking all inclusive ))
It's organized at the highest level! Transfer time from hotel to base and then back. Guides accompanied the group, showed everything. The group is small. First there was a trial run on the training track, then up the mountains. The views are amazing! There was one stop on the lake, you can swim and take pictures. Lots of dust and dirt, so it's better to go in clothes that are not stained and put headscarves on your face. It was nice, now let's try the buggy.
We took the guys on an ATV excursion! Best price! Service and quality are top notch! Competent guide! I recommend
A wonderful excursion, the route is magnificent! We received a lot of positive emotions, memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for such a great holiday organization!
