Cannot think of a worse hotel. Nothing works and the breakfast is shocking. The people are moderately friendly but nothing like the reviews suggest and there are cats everywhere. And I mean everywhere!

The rooms aren't very big or modern. The hotel is old style, and I like it a lot, hence the four stars for the rooms. The staff and the service is great (except maybe for the pool where there at least during busy periods with more people should be more frequent service or staff manning the bar). Very friendly staff, and they'll go out of their way to help you if there's a puzzle to be solved. Rooms are clean, in the 11 years I've frequented the hotel I've never had any issues. There are no lifts in the hotel, but they'll help you with your luggage. Because of the many different levels, stairs and steps, this hotel is not very wheelchair friendly. But there might be arrangements that I'm not aware of. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance if you depend on a wheelchair. Breakfast is served in the Seraser restaurant, and it has all the options you'll need to get a good start (maybe except the noticable lack of mimosa in the buffet). The restaurant is also (in my opinion) a good option for dinner. My first experience with the hotel was 11 years ago when I celebrated my mother's 60th anniversary there. It was a great start and I've enjoyed my stays since then. Room tip: try getting a room with balcony. Very nice views at night, and great for a night cap.
Air con is non existent here it’s oldie worldie vibes in decor which is nice and suits it setting. Had issues with external noise on first night but reception did what they could to move us and weee very good about it but I do feel I booked a deluxe room and as a result of moving ended up in a standard one. Breakfast spread is amazing but the room is just too warm to fully enjoy it and unfortunately it makes the food go warm too (it’s a continental Turkish breakfast so not ideal)
I stayed at Tuvana Hotel in Antalya with my family, and we had a lovely experience. The staff were very helpful, and all the services were smooth and well managed. The hotel has a beautiful old-town house charm, which made our stay feel unique and authentic. The nearby shopping streets, cafes and restaurants made everything very convenient and enjoyable. A great place to experience the historic side of Antalya—highly recommended!
The hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere and the grounds are attractively presented, creating a charming first impression. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was nicely furnished. Unfortunately, maintenance left much to be desired: the toilet flush did not work properly and, despite raising the issue, it was never repaired. Instead, we were offered to move to a smaller room. The bathroom light also flickered, which was inconvenient. More concerning, however, was that we found cockroaches in the room and even noticed one in the foyer – something that made us feel very uncomfortable in terms of hygiene. The minibar was also vastly overpriced. Breakfast was acceptable, though the overall quality felt rather cheap and underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. We dined at the in-house fine dining restaurant; while the food itself was of good quality, the pricing was far too high for what was offered. The same applied to the hotel’s two other restaurants. The service varied greatly depending on the staff – ranging from attentive and helpful to indifferent. On a more positive note, the pool area was clean and pleasant. At night, however, it could become quite noisy due to music and voices from outside, especially at weekends. Overall impression: A charming hotel with character and a lovely setting. Unfortunately, our room was poorly maintained, and the hygiene issues made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, and while the restaurants serve good food, the prices are excessive for the quality provided. Sadly, the stay did not live up to our expectations.
