Here you paid just for the view and a comfy bed, if you are ready. And be aware it is almost the city center, so it's a bit noisy. And yes, without a car you will struggle a lot. As an experienced traveler who visits different countries and cities every two weeks, I can confidently say this hotel is a massive rip-off. It is worth $120 a night maximum, not the $300 they charge. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a great view, maybe you can use it for photo shoots for yoir instagram, but the luxury stops there. With all that 'good design,' there isn’t even a single comfortable chair on the balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast is ok, like everywhere, and that's all. The service is a very weird experience—the staff, especially in the spa, is completely clueless and untrained. It feels like the flashy decoration is just a cover-up for low quality. Huge mismatch between price and reality.

An absolutely wonderful stay at The Marmara Bodrum from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food was consistently excellent fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. What truly made our experience special, however, was the service. Every member of the team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the reception team, and especially Esra, who was exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with every detail really stood out. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and she is a wonderful example of true hospitality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay at The Marmara Bodrum. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, attentive and professional, the food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. A special mention goes to the Wellness Center, which is very well equipped with excellent gym machines, as well as a sauna, Turkish bath and hammam, all with spectacular views. Sinan, who is responsible for the Wellness Center, is incredible. He is an excellent personal trainer and a fantastic massage therapist — very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. 100% recommended!
We stayed less than 24 hours. Yet we were able to relax and enjoy the pool, food & beverages and the expansive scenery by day and night. This was my first time in an adult only hotel. I highly recommend taking any opportunity for a short visit.
Our stay was pleasant relaxing and enjoyable. We had a warm welcome and the staff was really friendly and respectful when we asked for a room change they immediately changed our room which was very helpful. The hotel has a very rustic aesthetic and feels less like an hotel and more like a home which I really like it was nice change from the usual hotels we go to. The restaurants has good delicious food which is a plus when you don’t wanna go out for dinner the only issue about it is the change of menus between lunch and dinner. The restaurant’s view is unbeatable and I always was left in awe at the sea view of Bodrum. The breakfast is good could be better if we had a better selection of cheese and bread that’s fresh nevertheless the menemen was really delicious and the crew is really attentive and responsive. The room is big and has a balcony as well as living room area the closets are spacious and well organized. The bathroom is very clean and has all the necessities provided. The pool of the hotel is beautiful and huge it has a sea view as well. The biggest issue I would say is the lack of a beach in the hotel but to be fair they do provide beach access in another hotel that’s very far in my opinion knowing there are beaches that are like 10 mins away and much closer than the Flamm beach. The shuttles for the beach go at 11:30am and return at 5:30pm which really isn’t flexible. The gym was also very clean and accessible with a great view as well which encourages you to go to the gym. The best part of the hotel was the sea view it provided but it comes with a cost of always taking a taxi anywhere u wanna go you can’t walk anywhere really since it’s one big hill. Must visit hotel a special experience I would say if you feel like chilling in an hotel and relaxing for the summer it’s one of the best places to choose.
