We booked a deluxe room at the Tanrise Hotel in Fethiye for around €90/4700tl, but our stay fell short of expectations. We were placed on the ground floor with our bedroom windows facing the reception area. We didn't think much of it at first, but the loud talking and laughter kept us awake until 1:00 AM, ruining our chance at a peaceful night's sleep.
This is a good place to stay. We chose a standard room on the ground floor. There was a lovely breakfast. The rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is close to the bus station, but a long distance from the port. Wifi was ok depending where you were. Air-conditioning was very good. Great value for money. Definitely a good place.
We booked a suite with a kitchen at this hotel. Instead, upon arrival, we were given the worst room we’ve ever experienced in Turkey. There was an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The room was very small and looked dirty, as shown in the attached photos. Despite our complaint, they did not change our room. The staff made no effort whatsoever to address our complaint, and we received no compensation and no apology from the hotel. Fethiye is a beautiful city that offers much nicer and better accommodations.
Excellent hotel, with great basement room special rates. Friendly and welcoming reception, nice room setup, very good shower pressure and temperature. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was superb.
We had a wonderful stay at Tanrise City House. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its central location made it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose this place again.
