This might have been a 5-star hotel once, but currently, it doesn't deserve more than 3. Having stayed at 5 all-inclusive hotels before, I feel I can objectively say that this hotel shouldn't even be advertising such a service. There are so many reasons for this that I don't even know where to start, but I will focus on what must be up to standard not just in a 5-star hotel, but in any hotel: cleanliness and staff friendliness. Unfortunately, neither was met here. We booked sea-view rooms, but we weren't placed in them. We would have overlooked that, but one of the rooms was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We complained to the reception, and they asked us to stay the night in those rooms and promised to move us to the ones we paid for the next day. They did follow through, but unfortunately, we never sat on the balcony because it was unkempt, and the table and chairs were dirty as well. On a positive note, the rooms were indeed maintained regularly after our complaint. The hotel is overcrowded, so if you don't like crowds, you shouldn't consider it either. The beach is also poorly maintained—we never saw anyone clean the sand, and as for the cleanliness of the toilets, it's not even worth mentioning... The waves are usually large, making it impossible to swim at times. Yes, the hotel has several pools as an alternative, but they are packed with a huge number of people at all times... Perhaps what bothered us the most was the behavior of the staff! Everyone, starting from the receptionists to the restaurant staff (except for the team working in the a la carte restaurant and Mr. Oğuzhan Karahisarlıoğlu who is in charge of guest relations), is very rude. They are so unfriendly that you feel like you shouldn't even ask them anything. The reception staff (especially Ali) are extremely arrogant and unhelpful. In the restaurant, besides starting to clear the food away before the official mealtime ends, they start ushering people out if even a few minutes have passed—which should never be an option considering people came to relax, not to join the military to be trained in timing and discipline! On top of that, nowhere—literally nowhere—under an ULTRA ALL-INCLUSIVE service are you charged extra for anything, but in this hotel, you are! You pay €2 per day for Wi-Fi, as well as for fresh orange juice, popcorn, or ice cream... Infrastructure-wise, the hotel is huge and very poorly designed. The snack bar is at one end of the hotel, the pastry shop at the other, and the main restaurant at a third. So even if you occasionally want something to eat, you have to go out of your way to walk, especially if you're down at the beach... The animation team is also average; it's all you've seen before. There is much more that could be discussed, but even this is too much. If this weren't advertised as an ultra all-inclusive service, maybe some things could be overlooked, but definitely not like this. Perhaps our issue is that we've been to other hotels offering the same service so we have a basis for comparison, but all in all—this is by no means a hotel for a vacation if relaxation is your top priority.

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Antalya. From the moment you arrive, you feel as though you’ve walked into a hotel that caters almost exclusively to Russian guests. Most of the staff speak little to no English, making even the simplest request unnecessarily stressful. For a hotel advertising itself as an ultra all-inclusive international resort, this is simply unacceptable. The reception and security staff are, without a doubt, the rudest I have ever encountered in any hotel. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they make you feel like you’re a burden. Every interaction feels cold, dismissive and confrontational. Hospitality seems completely absent here. The entire atmosphere is incredibly restrictive. Rather than feeling like you’re on holiday, it feels as though you’re constantly being watched and need permission for everything. The environment feels highly unwelcoming rather than relaxing.Need medical assistance? Don’t expect even the most basic on-site support. The hotel doesn’t have a doctor or even a nurse and instead tries to send guests to an external medical centre for simple treatment. I’ve visited Antalya five times before, and every other hotel I’ve stayed in had at least a nurse available. How can this be considered an ultra all-inclusive resort? The minibar was another huge disappointment. Instead of sealed bottles of water, it was stocked with plastic cups of water, and there weren’t even any soft drinks included. Drinking water around the hotel comes from dispensers with no information about its source, leaving me questioning its quality. To make matters even worse, guests are expected to pay extra for Wi-Fi. Charging for internet at an ultra all-inclusive hotel is simply ridiculous. Free Wi-Fi is a basic standard almost everywhere, yet here it’s treated as a luxury.I would also strongly advise guests to avoid the shop inside the hotel. I understand that hotel shops are usually more expensive than shops outside, but the prices here are beyond excessive. They charge massively inflated premium prices—over three times the normal local market rate for simple convenience items and soft drinks. Everyone expects to pay a premium for the convenience of buying inside a hotel, but these prices felt completely unreasonable.Trying to speak to anyone from management in English is practically impossible. When problems arise, there is nobody who can communicate effectively or take responsibility. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel can advertise itself as an ultra all-inclusive international resort. There are many more issues that I simply don’t have enough space to mention. This hotel falls far below the standards it advertises and is nowhere near worth the price I paid. If you’re an international traveller expecting a relaxing holiday, professional service and genuine hospitality, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
The rooms and common areas are clean and they are cleaned very often. Food is pretty good( the desserts are awful tho). Animation team is really good, shout out for the main animation guy, he knows how to bring energy! Unfortunately, all the guests and most employees are russian, hence we couldn’t really communicate with anyone, because they don’t speak english or german. The experience was good, but not ultra all inclusive.
We recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days. In my opinion, it is not a true 5-star hotel, but rather a good 3.5-star property. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job throughout our stay. However, basic amenities such as soap and hand wash were not replenished adequately. The food was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and generally good quality. This was one of the highlights of our stay. Most of the staff were friendly and tried their best, although very few spoke English, which made communication difficult at times. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience on our first night. We arrived at around 2:00 am with our 2-year-old child and requested some milk, as all nearby shops were closed. The staff member in charge of the late-night soup restaurant, an older gentleman, initially refused our request. After a lengthy conversation, he eventually provided the milk, but his attitude was rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. As we were leaving, he continued speaking in Turkish for several minutes, which felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly the food and room cleanliness, but the service standards and language barriers mean it falls well short of what I would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. We recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was an amazing stay. Food was excelent, very big variety. Always tasty. Rooms were very clean and spacious. But what impressed me the most were the employees of this hotel; all of them very kind and helpful. Everyone was always ready to help- I cant complain about anyone. Waiters, cleaning stuff, barmans, lifeguards.. true professionals and simply kind people. I will never understand any bad review, it must have been snobbish people. Thank You and I will truly miss You guys.
