I’m not sure why in recent months this hotel has got so many low reviews.
Firstly the hotel is massive, we made it our mission to visit every bar they offered, the staff were amazing and the service was really quick and responsive.
Rooms were clean, mini bar is free.
The food, well plenty of it. The buffet goes on for what feels like a mile with good selection. We booked the Mexican restaurant for our champions dinner and the food was amazing. I’ve also never seen a jäger that big before.
Will definitely be looking at this hotel next year
We had a wonderful stay at Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek. The food was phenomenal! Usually, at hotels with large buffets, the quality can be hit or miss, but everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and high-quality. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Sueno Deluxe Belek.
This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. The only real advantage is its location. Everything else was far below expectations.
The room was outdated, the bed sheets were torn, and there was a persistent musty smell. The bathroom constantly smelled of sewage coming from the pipes, making the room very unpleasant. During our entire one-week stay, the balcony was never cleaned.
The food quality was poor and repetitive, and the restaurants were often dirty, which is unacceptable for a luxury resort.
To make matters worse, I requested a paid late check-out because my flight was late at night. Instead of providing a decent room, I was given another room where the shower did not work, the TV was broken, and there was animal droppings on the balcony.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true 5-star resort.
It was a truly exceptional and unforgettable experience! The resort's services were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. I noticed several situations that were handled with the utmost professionalism. I saw firsthand how dedicated the staff were to ensuring everything ran smoothly and safely around the pool area. Even at the main buffet, I watched the team taking food samples to ensure safety and quality, which gave me great peace of mind.
The nightly shows, beach activities, and the kids' club were absolutely wonderful—the kids' club, in particular, completely exceeded my expectations! As for the room, it was stunning, immaculate, and beautifully designed, with a gorgeous balcony. We truly enjoyed every single moment at Sueno. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would also like to add that the outdoor area buffet was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice to us and showed a high level of personal attention. My mother had a minor near-drowning incident, and they were exceptionally caring. Even after she was fine, they called us to check on her. The services provided were well worth more than the price paid for the reservation. Thank you once again! ❤️❤️
We stayed at this hotel in August as a mostly adult family. Our experience began very poorly: we arrived at 3 AM and were refused entry because the booking supposedly wasn’t in their system. We weren’t even allowed in the lobby to speak to someone and could only communicate through the security man at the gate, who told us we had to wait until 9 AM for the system to update. This forced us to find last-minute accommodation in the area in the middle of the night—definitely not the way to start a holiday.
The next day, we were finally allowed in, our rooms were available before 2 PM. Unfortunately, for me the hotel’s atmosphere was a disappointment at first impression. The property feels very dated and badly in need of renovation, both inside and outside. The only positive aspect was our room—it was spacious, and luckily the AC worked well in our room, unlike the noisy unit next door.
All beds in the hotel are double, with no twin options, which was inconvenient as I had to share a bed with my sister. The hotel is heavily focused on children, with activities and noise everywhere, making it less suitable for adults or couples looking to relax.
On our second night, I experienced nausea, stomachache, and mild fever, and couldn’t eat anything besides water and soup for the rest of our stay. I suspect it was related to the food or pool water. I reported this to guest relations, but despite assurances, they never followed up.
The poolside chairs were mostly broken, trash was everywhere, and the cleaning staff were insufficient for the size of the hotel. Food options were repetitive every night, with poor hygiene in the dining halls. The outdoor dining area was uncomfortably hot, with very few air conditioners, and service during busy hours was slow. Bars were also dirty. All Drinks were served in plastic cups. staff shortages were noticeable throughout the property. But the staff are really friendly.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. At this price point, there are far better options in the area. The property does have potential, but it requires significant renovation and improvement in service and amenities.
