After a room selection hiccup with Agoda, they demanded we needed to upgrade to a needlessly large suite, extorted us for 600€, while lying that hotel was full (4 cars in lot, 2-3 breakfast tables of people at 930am??).
We had selected a 2 adult room but also have 2 small kids. A 30sq M room is fine. Ended up either 125sq M room, unnecessary. There is no chance this hotel was anywhere near full.
The worst part is the management were just complete jerks about it. Offered nothing, no compromise. Other reviews match this. I’ve been coming to Bodrum 13 years and haven’t seen anything like it.
Zero vibe here anyway, up the hill in an inconvenient location away from the sea. Good riddance.
Staying here was made even better with Sedar and his colleagues at the hotel restaurant. It was lovely speaking to them, and finding out we come from the same place, whilst me and my sister stayed at the pool, and their service was amazing!!! They really were lovely!
We’ve stayed at this hotel every year as a group and it never disappoints. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the views are stunning and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing, peaceful and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
We usually stay in either the suites or the deluxe rooms and they are always immaculate, modern and really spacious. The walk in closet is such a bonus and makes the rooms feel even more luxurious and comfortable for a longer stay.
The staff are always friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference and is one of the reasons we continue to come back year after year. The food is also fantastic with plenty of choice and consistently high quality throughout our stay.
A special mention to Dominic, the hotel director, who is always incredibly attentive, approachable and helpful. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and he really goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience possible.
You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail of the hotel and it’s become somewhere we all really look forward to visiting each year. Already looking forward to coming back again!
A small, modern and very comfortable top-class hotel. A boutique hotel in the truest sense. Spotlessly clean and stylishly designed. Cosy yet private. A relaxed atmosphere that we really appreciated. Not at all pretentious. Nestled in beautiful gardens on the slopes of a hill overlooking Yalikavak Bay. Incredible views.
For us, it was simply perfect. About 5 minutes from Yalikavak Marina (where taxis were always available to take us to the hotel for a small fee (€5)).
On most evenings during our stay, we enjoyed the sunsets at the ‘La Lara’ restaurant.
We would definitely come back.

The hotel offers a beautiful view, is close to the city center, yet located in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it a great place to relax. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant team — their service was very attentive, polite, and genuinely warm, which made every meal a pleasure.
Overall, a very positive experience. I would gladly stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel.
