Sette Serenity Hotel - Adults Only

We spent two weeks here and we have nothing bad to say about the hotel or its staff. The staff is especially helpful and warm and they really made our holiday better. The best hotel staff we have ever encountered in any country or hotel, and it touches the entire staff. We chose this hotel because it is k-16, as we wanted to enjoy our holiday by the pool in peace and relaxation. Unfortunately, not all the guests at the hotel respected other guests, but shouted and made loud noises, disturbing others' holiday. The hotel staff intervened and took care of the matter nicely, so that every guest could enjoy their holiday. The food was good local food, quite similar to eat for a two weeks, but there was certainly variety, and we never left hungry. For us, the alcohol that was included for all-inclusive was good enough. We felt safe in this hotel. If we ever come back to Alanya, we will absolutely come again to Sette Serenity ♥️

We enjoyed staying in this hotel for nine days in May. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was small but cozy with all necessary amenities. Food was good with enough options for all tastes. Lovley staff and helpful , A big thank you to Talhan from reception for his support and advice. The location is amazing, just few minutes away from the beautiful beach.We hope to come back.See you soon.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at the hotel in May 2026. I have seen some negative reviews which I feel are not justified, so I will happily share my experience here. Lets start with the food as this seems to be the thing Brits have complained about the most. It still amazes me that British people get on a plane and fly thousands of miles then complain that where they have landed the locals aren't eating ham egg and chips or shepherds pie. I'll be honest some of the food was not for me, broccoli for breakfast was a hard pass but there was always eggs and croissants with some natural yoghurt. Same with lunch and dinner, every day there was something I liked. It was always well presented and the pudding choice was amazing. The room was nice and cleaned regularly. The hotel was immaculately clean inside and out and pleasant to be in as it rained for the first 3 days of our holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, even more so after some tips ;) but the star off the show is the parrot. They served really good Efes beer and good quality shorts. Also with no kids it meant you could drink out of a glass around the pool. Bliss. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were a little nervous to begin with due to mixed reviews but honestly? Our experience from beginning to end was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food, lots of variety we are Vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised there were many options. They had food available a lot throughout the day. And drinks. The hotel itself was very clean the rooms were very clean and changed each day during our stay,the bed was very comfortable; The bird make our trip near reception he was very sweet, if you can sit and chat to him he loves a whistle and some music played to him. Overall this was a very good stay for us, the only thing I would say is the constant asking for days out was a bit much when your trying to relax around the pool after a long day out but this is no reflection in the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay we stay in many places frequently and we were very happy with food, staff and the service.
