Ring Downtown Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but one member of staff in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His name was Muhammed ,He was always approachable, polite, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made a real difference and are a credit to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so enjoyable!

I had a great stay at Ring Downtown Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellen. it's close to everything, so getting around was very easy. A special thank you to Muhamed at the reception. He was always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He made me feel welcome. I honestly wish every hotel receptionist was like him. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A 5 star review particularly as defined under: Hospitality - At its pinnacle, kudos to Mr Muhammed & Adil for there kindness and genuine infos Rooms - Were very clean and tidy, hygiene didn’t seem an issue at all and amenities including the towels and bedsheet were clean and new. Location - 10 mins easy walk from the Old town, a perfect location which I realised after checking the old town hotels and much seemed a bit impractical for us personally. Shops and restaurants around the hotel made it even better. Pricing - Agoda worked great to provide us a reasonable price for the property. Overall, absolutely satisfied with the hotel and will definitely recommend it.
