The Relax Beach Hotel in Alanya has a great location, very close to the sea. You can easily reach the beach through an underpass tunnel beneath the road, which is very convenient and safe.
The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the towels are changed frequently. The housekeeping staff takes great care of the rooms. We were especially delighted by the beautiful towel swans on our beds, which were such a lovely and thoughtful touch. ❤️

Food,rooms and food again are so bad, staff do not speak english (i am not from an english speaking country)
First the food. It all taste the same(bad) and tastes days old, gave my friend and brother food posioning.
The rooms even tho pretty and comfy are all broken in one way or another if its not the AC its the broken balcony door and if not that its the broken shower head that squirts water from the side(and broken bathroom door). Also one time a worker entered the room, saw someone was inside and then left without saying anything???
Also even tho we payed for all inclusive the drinks were not included? What happend to ALL inclusive 👎
Only good thing was the direct access to the beach that was nice
Rooms are okay, food is inedible and sunbeds are old and rusty.
My experience was far from 4star all inclusive, more like 2 star hotel.
Food was really bad and not much choice at all, lines for drinks was long and you need 15 20mins wait to get a drink.
Had to change hotel.

If you don’t want your vacation to be ruined like ours, avoid Relax Beach Hotel.
I don’t have a single good thing to say about this hotel. Everything was a complete disappointment. The food was terrible, and the quality was very questionable. We even got food poisoning from it. 🤣
The restaurant has no ventilation at all. It’s extremely hot and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable to sit and eat.
The beach is awful—it’s full of rocks, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are old and in very poor condition.
There are also problems with the air conditioning, and the staff don’t seem to care or make any real effort to fix the issue.
We’re literally counting down the days until this awful trip is over so we can finally go back home.
NOT A FAMILY HOTEL, If u have kids don’t go here the only thing here for kids are the 2 slides, went to a 2 star last year and it was miles better than this hotel, 2 weeks of no hot water but my god them cold showers wake u up, had to share a tiny room with my 2 teenage sons, food is inedible apart from the snack bar that does fries n nan bread most days, we ended up having to go out every night. U can’t talk or relax near the pool as the music is so loud, there is no life guard so there was a few times kids were nearly drowning n no one could hear there screams. There is one bar in the full hotel that’s one beer pump so there’s a constant Que. only good thing was the place is nipping clean and the staff are lovely apart from the reception staff who we caught pinching items from the lost property and can be rude. The bar staff are lovely and very friendly. All in all first time to Antalya and the last 😢
