Not 5 out of 5 stars — definitely 10 out of 5!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is fantastic, but what truly makes it special is the incredibly friendly, warm and attentive staff. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and treated like valued guests.
The service, atmosphere and hospitality exceeded all our expectations. Everyone was kind, helpful and always smiling. You can really feel that the team cares about their guests.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily come back again. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! ❤️
10/10 — we couldn’t have asked for more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful.
Cleaning of the hotel is done nightly when guests are asleep and it's done immaculately. A very positive vibe about the hotel.
Food was plentiful and suitable for all dietary needs. Plenty of choices and very tasty. We tried the Mexican Al a carte and it was amazing. From the moment you arrive you are treated extremely well and drinks are plentiful.
Amazing hotel and would highly recommend if visiting Antalya.
Just leaving now and devistated. This hotel is amazing. It's always clean... and I mean everywhere and the staff are superb. Food.and drinks are cracking and the pool is big and never full or too busy. It's just an awesome place. The private beach they own is awesome too. Don't think about it, just book it !!
We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The team was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel was spotless, and the food was delicious throughout our stay.
What impressed us most was the genuine care they showed when our daughter became sick during our vacation. They helped arrange a taxi to the hospital, and when we returned, the customer relations team checked on her and even offered assistance with any special food or needs she might have.
Just 1 recommendation, to extend the time for water slides they open from 10 to 12 then 2 till 4 , i think it can be extended
Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
