I can honestly say I would not stay at Ramada Plaza Antalya again, even if the stay were free. I genuinely struggle to understand how this hotel claims to be 5 star when, in my opinion, it barely meets 3 star standards. The rooms are dark, dated and depressing. The cleanliness is particularly concerning. There is mould in the rooms, and everything just feels dirty and poorly maintained. It’s the kind of room where you don’t even feel comfortable relaxing. The bedding and amenities are equally disappointing. The duvet is incredibly thin, the towels are flimsy and poor quality, and even the shower gel seems to have been diluted with water. The one positive I can mention is the lovely mountain view from the dining area. Unfortunately, a nice view doesn’t make up for the poor standards throughout the rest of the hotel.

Extremely disappointing stay, especially as I booked this hotel months in advance for my wife’s birthday. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to ask if they could arrange a simple decoration or flowers. I understood that it might not be possible, but the staff didn’t make us feel they were willing to help. The room had a strong urine-like smell and what seemed to be a plumbing issue. The toilet also didn’t look professionally cleaned, and there was no drinking water in the room. I raised these issues with staff and was told nothing could be done because the hotel was fully booked. We weren’t offered a practical solution. We arrived around midnight and had only about 11 hours before checkout, which made the poor condition of the room and lack of help even more frustrating. The building looks impressive in the photos, but our room and the service didn’t meet expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
Stayed at Ramada plaza by Wyndham in Antalya for the second time. Chose this hotel because of the experience we had in 2024. Last time we booked a family room with sea view but unfortunately it was a lot more expensive this time so we booked 2 double rooms. When we arrived our rooms weren’t what we expected had a problem with air con and an unpleasant smell. We had to sleep with balcony door open because of smell and we couldn’t sleep as we were on ground level and felt quite vulnerable as it was me and my daughter. In the morning we went to front desk and told them someone was then sent to sort the air con and sort the smell. But unfortunately it didn’t help so we went back to front desk and spoke to Miraj he was very understanding we asked if we could up grade if we paid some money. He checked his computer and said he noticed we had two family members in the next room( my other two daughters) so he said he could up grade us to a family room with sea view. So we asked how much and he said he would do it for free. Absolutely amazing the room was on 12th floor was immaculately clean had two large balconies with beautiful views and this is why we would definitely use this hotel again. Thankyou so so much to Miraj you made our holiday something we will never forget and hopefully will be returning soon.
We are currently staying at this hotel. It is an old hotel with old and outdated facilities yet the room is big enough; I also like that for a city hotel , it offers a pool and sea access. The negative sides are that the service or the personnel are not much helpful, it is standard and kind of bare minimum. Although I like the room and its size and the view, there are a few things that are not good especially some blue light coming straight into my son’s eyes at night, the red light from the tv etc. It can also get loud by some other guests at night. even when you close the shower door, there is a bit of water leaking which gets the bathroom wet. The most shocking thing for me is that they do not offer a step or a toilet seat for the little ones. When I asked it, I was told noone has so far asked anything like that and I am quite surprised. These things in my opinion are basic. The cleanliness in the common areas such pool is not the best, nobody seemed to have cleaned the cocktail that spilled on the floor from the day before. It is full of bird poop etc. The pool side chairs were already taken by guests before anyone was there, it becomes impossible to find one at certain peak hours. However overall if you have low expectation, it is a price performance hotel, especially if you want to stay in the city center yet have access to a pool and the sea for swimming. I would consider staying for a few days.
The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable However, most of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. The only exception was **Fatma from housekeeping**, who always welcomed us with a warm smile and was very kind One of the staff members who helped us with our luggage asked for a tip. We didn’t have any cash available, but he insisted that we should go exchange money and come back just so he could receive a tip. This made us feel very uncomfortable. . Overall, a good hotel, but the staff’s hospitality could be improve
