Good location and we actually liked staying here overall, but the rooms are a little dated. The biggest issue was the lady who works at the front counter at night. She is possibly the rudest person I have ever experienced at a hotel. When someone checks in and gives you their money, show a little bit of gratitude and hospitality. First impressions matter, and ours was terrible. She barely said hello, just grumpily said, “Give me passport,” then, “Here is key.” Our blinds didn't close properly, so people could literally see inside our room. The view was nowhere near as good as the pictures, the bathroom constantly flooded, and the room was definitely not soundproof. They were playing loud music all night and we couldn't sleep. I rang the front desk about it and unfortunately got the same lady, who was rude yet again and basically told us to deal with it. There were definitely positives. The breakfast was amazing, the location is right near the beach, the pool was great, and the guys working around the pool were awesome and really friendly. Had that lady not been there, we honestly could have given this place a 5-star rating despite the poor standards of the room. Unfortunately, when you're working in hospitality, the way you treat guests can completely change their experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Qinn Hotel in Antalya and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I also loved the hotel’s easy access to the seaside, which made it so convenient to enjoy the crystal-clear water and breathtaking Mediterranean views. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, Qinn Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Antalya. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience!
Had an unfortunate stay the first two days (outage when we arrived, and issues with electricity the first night; then a party the second night making it impossible to sleep, and I'm a person that can sleep on airplanes). We asked to change hotels, because the experience was just bad, but well at least the staff was nice about it and told us we can check out the next morning and get the rest of our stay refunded. I was gonna give 3 stars but then... Luckily we asked for a signed statement from what they promised us because In the morning, literally as we were leaving they said "oh by the way, we'll refund you for 1 night less". They gave no reason, and the person who supposedly made that decision refused to talk to us (great sign). As we complained about this, they also told us "We don't need you, go find another hotel". Yikes. Don't need us but clearly needed our money. We disputed through booking.com. booking.com said the hotel isn't communicating with them about this and it took over 2 weeks to get our refund because the hotel wasn't communicating with Booking.com and ignored the request. Luckily, our second hotel was lovely and we still had a great vacation but this place has greedy and non-customer oriented management.
During my first stay, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed insects crawling on the floor. I reported this to reception straight after check-in, but the receptionist rather abruptly told me they couldn't move me because the hotel was fully booked. As I had check in after 10 p.m., I contacted my clinic, and they arranged for me to stay in another hotel for the first night. The following day, I returned and was given a much better room. Although the wallpaper was stained and looked dirty, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, so I overlooked that issue. On my second stay, my room was smaller and hadn't been cleaned properly. The windows overlooked a wall, the glass was dirty, and there were small flies around the window. I also found a thick layer of dust on both bedside lamps. I reported everything to reception, but there wasn't a better room available, so the housekeeping team came promptly and cleaned everything, which I appreciated. During my third stay, which I booked myself through Booking.com, I received a very small room. There was barely enough space to walk around the bed, so anyone who suffers from claustrophobia might find it uncomfortable. On the positive side, the room had a small balcony, which made up for the limited space. One thing I also noticed was that the complimentary refreshments differed depending on how the room was booked. When my stays were arranged through the clinic, the room included international-brand coffee and bottled water. However, when I booked through Booking.com, these were replaced with local Turkish products, which felt like a cost-saving measure. Breakfast is included in the room rate, which is definitely a plus, and there is a good selection of food to choose from. During my third stay, however, I noticed that the eggs used for the scrambled eggs were not fresh—they had an unpleasant smell. I mentioned this to a member of staff during breakfast so they were aware of the issue. Fortunately, there were plenty of other options available, so it wasn't difficult to find something else to eat. The hotel also has a swimming pool, and guests can order meals such as soup and other dishes throughout the day, which is convenient if you don't want to go out. My advice to future guests is simple: if you're not happy with anything in your room, report it to reception immediately. In my experience, while they couldn't always provide another room, the housekeeping team responded quickly and resolved any cleaning issues as soon as they were reported. Overall, the hotel has friendly housekeeping staff who work hard to address reported problems, and some of the rooms are genuinely very comfortable. However, cleanliness and room quality can be inconsistent, so your experience may depend on which room you are allocated.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Antalya! The breakfast was amazing and fresh every single day. The entire staff provided incredible hospitality and made us feel so welcome throughout our trip. A very special thanks to Sila, who went above and beyond by helping us with the kids every day. Her warmth and helpfulness made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for the fantastic service! 🌹
