Honestly I don't get the bad reviews me and my wife stayed for 8 nights from 06/07/26 - 13/07/26 What I will say is this is ideal for couples or a lads or girls holiday definitely not for families though. The hotel location is perfect and it has its own private beach and we never struggled to get a sunbed. The pool is on the small side but once again perfect for couples and plenty of sunbeds once again. The room was cleaned daily. The alcohol is a bit on the poor side as all that's on offer is beer vodka or wine. But the barman there was spot on with the service and always had a smile on his face. The food was good always something different every night always tasted so good. There's also countless bars and restaurants on the beach walk front. And the prices are so good so if you booked half-board you wouldn't have a problem finding a decent meal. The shops out the front are good priced for clothes but always bargain with them and they will give you a good deal. Oh also when you arrive the rep will ask to see you the following morning but this is only so he can try to get you to buy excursion but there's many places outside the hotel that'll do it much cheaper. I do think because of the time of year me and my wife went was why it was so good because the day we left we did notice the beach was much busier than when we arrived. So maybe book for before the school holidays. A few of the reviews say you have to pay for Aircon this is false. And again some will say you will have to pay for WiFi this is false and you get free WiFi for your entire stay. Take theses negative reviews with a pinch of salt We had a brilliant time at point beach 😀

I was honestly a little surprised when I saw some of the negative reviews about Point Beach Hotel, because my experience was completely different. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us very kindly and made us feel comfortable. Our room was clean, the hotel’s location was great, and the hospitality was genuinely nice. The team was helpful, friendly, and always tried to make sure we had everything we needed. I really don’t understand why some people had such a bad impression, because for us it was a very pleasant stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and I would definitely recommend Point Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Marmaris.
I came here with my family and i was surpised u though it would be worse since ive seen loads of horrrrid reviews but i think it was way better than told the rooms were nice and clean i recommend people who want to have a bit of fun and be aroujd all tye best spots in marmaris the beach was amazing and the food its not the best but its still nice and somtimes my favorite comes out one of thw best hotels ive at in marmaris
Lot's of bad reviews on here but we loved it! Great hotel, Marina on reception was super helpful and lovely. Room was great, exceptionally clean, they cleaned it everyday. Breakfast was lovely, location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle for beachfront or the centre of Marmaris. Will definitely stay here again!
To start with if you have booked this hotel I am sorry for you in advance. We arrived at the hotel, no one seemed to know what they were doing. We finally got ONE keycard for our room and our bands for Bed & Breakfast. The room was clean enough and they were cleaned every single day unless you said no. The booked we had stated we would have Aircon, and this was the case for 5 days, after returning from a day out we can back and the aircon was not working so we reported this and we were told you have to pay for it, I explained to the man that we have had it since our arrival and it’s not our problem regardless they would turn it back on I checked over all paperwork and it did not say it was chargeable but if do wanted to pay for it will cost £5 per night. The language barrier is somewhat to be desired and only a select few can speak and understand English. Many of the days it’s young boys in charge of the hotel at night that don’t understand English at all. They are not very friendly with the exception of maybe 1-2 people. Our first morning we went down for breakfast and there was no choice!!!!! We were literally service bread and a plate or cheese and a complete. If you asked for anything else it was an inconvenience. The next morning, the didn’t tell us now it’s a buffet breakfast which nothing is labelled and nothing of breakfast catered to the British people!!! So if you are expedtion fried eggs, bacon, beans etc forget it and if you have kids good luck! God help you if you are all inclusive. Furthermore, there is NO COMMUNICATION you get given your keys and more less have to work out everything yourself! No help and certainly not interested. The place should not have been open in the first place a lot of construction work and fixing stuff, lifts not working correctly it was not ready to accept guests. Don’t expect anything special when it comes to a pool either like 10 sun loungers pools is located at the side of the hotel which is very small for the size of the place and gets very little sun until about 1pm. They have sun loungers on the beach these are also limited and probably incur a charge. It’s meant to be a 4 start hotel in our opinion it doesn’t even rate a 1 star and I would like to know who gives the rating be it’s not on any level a 4 star hotel. All I can say is good luck. And well we didn’t even have breakfast most morning we eat out it was that bad. We will never stay here again they have gave us a very bad impression of Turkey on our first time coming here.
