I rate my overall stay 5 stars. The food was excellent, particularly in the main buffet restaurant. The à la carte restaurant was a bit less impressive, though still worth a try.
I really appreciate the staff; 99% of them were very friendly. The remaining 1% consisted of staff members who didn't speak English and seemed very stressed about interacting with guests.
Tina and Stephan deserve special mention—they always organized great activities while remaining professional and friendly.

We had an amazing holiday at Papillon Zeugma! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well organized. Even when there were many guests, it never felt overcrowded, and our group of eight could always find sunbeds together.
The service was excellent, and the animation team made our stay even more enjoyable with their friendliness, energy, and positive attitude.
A very special thank you to Tina and Ogulcan for taking such sincere and friendly care of us throughout our entire holiday. Your warmth, kindness, and attention made us feel truly welcome and added something special to our experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Papillon Zeugma and truly enjoyed every moment! The animation team was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always brought such positive energy.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the whole environment felt very comfortable and relaxing. Even though the hotel had many guests, it never felt crowded. We were a group of eight people and always managed to find sunbeds together without any problem.

This was an incredible experience for a family of 6. We have never been so well looked after and it's hard to find any fault. We were especially impressed by the range and quality of food, the overall cleanliness, the quality of service, the entertainment and the activities. Big shout out to Stephan who ran the football training (and many other activities). We want to say thanks to everyone for the stay and highly recommend. A special thank you to the animation team, they were energetic, welcoming, and made every day fun with great activities and evening shows. They created a fantastic atmosphere for both adults and children. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
