Orange County Belek

We had a wonderful family stay! Orange County Belek stands out for its high level of cleanliness - both the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. A wide variety of delicious food is available throughout the day and evening, and the ultra all-inclusive package also includes imported premium spirits. This is a fantastic place for families with children. There are water slides, two pools designed for younger and older children, and an enclosed playground where children can stay under the supervision of the entertainment staff during designated hours. If a child wants to return to their parents, the staff contacts them through WhatsApp. Additional evening attractions are also available, including illuminated electric cars - a 9-minute ride costs approximately 5-6 euros. There is always something going on at the hotel. During the day, guests can enjoy aerobics, games, and pool competitions. In the evening, there are performances on both the indoor and outdoor stages. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. During our stay, they even helped us find a smartwatch that we had lost near the pool. Another major advantage is the hotel's beachfront location - you can walk from the pool to the beach in just a few steps. All lounge chairs are free, and we were always able to find available ones. The only minor issue was finding a table for six during dinner, but we usually managed to get one within 5-10 minutes. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children!

All praise for the staff, animators, waiters because their superiors are hanging over their heads all the time 24 hours a day, dinner is repetitive 95 percent chicken and vegetables, lamb and beef only in small quantities and the lowest grade of meat, ribs beef tails or beef tongues or cheeks sheep's backbone, sheep meet is served under lamb, it is easy to recognize by its smell. Obviously, they save on meat.The room was ok ac and everything clean, the animators are excellent as well as activities, superiors are very often in discussion with workers even if guests are nearby.Location is good close to the sea ,pools and dialy activity are excellent

Me and my family spent a week in July. Overall I write the stay very positively. The food was quite okay but I was maybe missing more solid meat as it seems that they focus more on mixture and filled vegetables. However you have a nice possibility to eat inside outside, french fries outside or ice cream in between lunch and dinner hours. The room was not too spacious but did the job maybe I would pay attention to air condition which can blow medium or full so the person lying in the room where the air condition blows the most might not feel that this is too pleasant, but at least the temperature was handled well. The pools seem nice there are even some water slides which the kids enjoyed. The sea is very close and you can lie down in a shadow if you prefer. The beach is mostly Sun but as you approach water it turns more to fine stones. The entertainment in the evening is often provided by a band of dancers or a dj playing... Sadly rarely someone dances 😅. The team of bartendera, waiters or animators we're all super friendly, i even remember how one bartender in the bar at the sea was closing her bar but she still made a drink for us and all that was needed was a smile. We didn't really left the hotel too much we try to take a look around but there was barely anything to see. Generally one thing or two that is a little worrying is the lack of English for some guys that could be a little better and the other thing is that if you cut yourself even a little the doctor will take a look but if you need to change the bandage it's 20 euros so I strongly recommend to bring some disinfection and bandage.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Orange County Belek, and we can only give the hotel our highest recommendation. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The food is delicious with a great variety, and there is something for both adults and children. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has the best possible experience. A very special thank you goes to the guides that makes great activities and especially a big thank you to Vedat. He was incredibly kind, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. He made us feel especially welcomed and valued. You could genuinely see how passionate he is about his job and how much he cares about making every guest feel at home. He is truly a great asset to the hotel. In general, all of the staff deserve great praise. They greet guests with warm smiles, positive attitudes, and a genuine willingness to help. Their exceptional level of service made a huge difference and is one of the main reasons why our holiday was so memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team at Orange County Belek for an unforgettable holiday. We will definitely be returning and will warmly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
