Really loved this hotel the staff were so helpful really went out of their way when my bag was accidentally taken from reception by a fellow holiday maker. Painstakingly looking through cctv and ensuring it’s retrieval. We stayed for 8 nights, very central bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast superb, exceptionally clean and general relaxed atmosphere very appreciatived Fatih, Naz, Mehmet and Seluck deserve a special mention. Thank you !
⭐⭐⭐ I really liked the hotel room, and the room itself was comfortable. One of the female receptionists was very friendly, polite, and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, my check-in experience with the male receptionist on duty during the daytime was disappointing. When I arrived, I was not properly welcomed. I had to approach the reception myself to ask to check in. He did not offer any assistance with my luggage or explain which floor I needed to go to. I even had to ask for my room key myself. What disappointed me most was seeing another guest check in shortly afterwards and receive much better treatment, including assistance with luggage. I felt that the service was inconsistent and that I was not treated with the same level of respect. The hotel room was good, and the female receptionist provided excellent service, but the male receptionist's attitude negatively affected my first impression of the hotel. I hope management will improve the customer service and ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and equal respect.
I stayed at Old Town Point Hotel Antalva for 4 nights and highly recommend it Location is excellent & all the staff were really good especially the valet and Naz at the front desk for being so cooperative. It offers amazing value for money. For improvements, providing tissue boxes in each room anc better breakfast options will make the stay even better.
Great location but very poor breakfast and uncomfortable beds. Rooms is very basic. AC works well, the shower gel is just water. The rooms are cleaned everyday, however you will not look forward to come to your room for rest. The breakfast options were very very limited. Watery egg, refused to make omelette. No toaster, just cold bread. You leave the hotel hungry and tired in the morning. The staff is not very welcoming either. We booked the land of legends night show, and there is no night show on weekends- no one informed us. Donot recommend.
Hotel is very well located, we were walking everywhere by foot. Staff is very kind, professional and helpful, we were really satisfied with all the services. Excellent breakfast although there could be a bigger variety of protein choices for breakfast, but besides that food was fresh and tasty. The hotel itself is not new or modern so rooms are not either, nevertheless our room had all needed equipment - mini fridge, AC, toiletries, towels, slippers, etc. Good price and quality ratio for stay in Antalya. We did enjoy staying here, thank you! :)
