It doesn’t seems 4 star hotel
Hotel location was superb but The behaviour of receptionist was worst. They are treated like nothing is best then them.
It feels so embarrassed
Check in time so late 2 pm
Afterthat you have to wait 15-20 minutes more
Booked top room but changed the room and given us another room

It was a good hotel for the price. The place is good and clean, the staff is very nice.
You may find an old man at the reception(Evening shift), and you may think that he is unfriendly, but you will discover that he is a good person and seeks to serve you.
The guys at the morning desk are great and helpful.
To be fair this hotel would be great for those who can't afford a five star hotel.
Perfect location.
Very close to the beach. We can see it from the balcony.
The bed was not very comfortable though, but the room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast was included as a buffet style. I am not a fan of buffet style because the food isn't fresh which was the case here.
The pool was amazing and temperature-controlled. I was swimming for over 2 hours!
Let us be fair.. for a 3 stars hotel it is fine.
