The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea; the only slight downside is the busy road nearby, and the pool could stay open longer—that’s really all there is to complain about. I would especially like to thank the entire Nashira team; when I fell ill, everyone was incredibly helpful—they called an ambulance and a taxi for my girlfriend and assisted with translation. We will never forget this. We highly recommend this hotel! 🫶
I’m writing this review in English even though I speak Danish, simply because I’d like as many people as possible to understand and benefit from my experience. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with friendly and hardworking staff. One thing to be aware of is that many of the employees don’t speak much English, so it’s a good idea to have a translation app with you. That said, everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a nice variety of dishes, salads, fresh fruit, and other options. The pool was also very nice, around 140 cm deep, and there were some lovely waiters serving guests by the pool. One person deserves a special mention: I believe her name was Celine, like Celine Dion. She had an incredible amount of energy, especially considering the very hot weather! She was constantly running back and forth, making sure everyone was taken care of. You simply don’t find that kind of energy and genuine service everywhere. If you stay here, I would definitely recommend asking for Celine if you want a really warm and attentive service. The hotel is also conveniently located close to several parks, where I really enjoyed going for runs, and the beach is not too far away either. The only downside for me was that you’re not allowed to bring food or similar items from outside into the hotel. I absolutely love Turkish sweets and pastries, but I had to eat them outside before coming back to the hotel. I would have loved to be able to enjoy something sweet late in the evening. Overall, though, I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. A lovely place with friendly people and a good atmosphere.
The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to restaurant and beachfront was very nice. Pool is a great size but could of been more fun if they had music or some activities. Breakfast was good enough but could of had more options and better coffee. The staff are very polite but the hotel needs a good renovation upgrade. Especially the bathrooms. The tennis 🎾 sounds were a little annoying at night when we tried to sleep.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. A special thank you to Serkan, Murat, Sara, and Yeriz. You were all so kind, friendly, and helpful. Your excellent service and warm hospitality made my stay truly special. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday unforgettable. I look forward to coming back!
