Disgusting – Avoid This Place I checked into this hotel and was utterly horrified by what I found. A pillow reeked of sweat, the bedsheets on multiple beds were covered in hair, disgusting amounts of it. The towels were dirty and stained. EVERYTHING was dirty. It was clear nothing had been cleaned. I went to reception to complain, and instead of taking action, they just asked if I "wanted to change the sheets." Cherry on top; the new sheets werent clean either:) I had to purchase new bedding to have something proper to sleep on. Clean bedding and basic hygiene shouldn’t be something guests have to request. Let me be clear: I’m not expecting luxury. I’m expecting basic hygiene, cleanliness, and respect for the fact that people sleep here. This place doesn’t meet even the lowest standards. Also, there was one AC in one of the rooms which didnt reach the rest. The heat in the next room was unbearable. This place is unsanitary, unacceptable and has no standards. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the disgust and book elsewhere.

Nice city hotel. Very helpful staff. Perfect for business travellers, race sailors, late night arrivals to continue after a rest night, good value for central basic and comfortable stay.

This is a dire dire 'hotel' if it can be called that. Please do not even consider this place as it is really dirty and awful. Nevertheless, the reception staff member was very polite and helpful. After reading other reviews on here regarding the high quality of cleanliness and hygiene I am genuinely shocked! This hotel is anything BUT clean or hygienic. It is shocking to read that people are saying these untruths. It was diabolical dirty. There were holes in the ceiling. The kitchen tap literally had mould on it. The was uncovered wiring. The hallway was dirty. No lifts. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't attend to my toddler without keeping the door open. The shower and toilet were filthy and old. The list could go on. Please do not waste your time here if you want a decent place to stay because this certainly is far from decent.
