We had a fantastic stay at the Mandarin Hotel in Bodrum and were genuinely impressed by the whole experience. A special mention must go to the manager Osman, who was incredibly helpful, approachable and professional throughout our stay. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel grounds and, in particular, the areas around both pools were scrubbed and cleaned thoroughly every night. It was lovely to see such a high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout our stay. The "fun pool" really lived up to its name! It kept the children entertained for the entire day, and the lifeguard was absolutely fantastic — friendly, engaging and great with the kids. Meanwhile, the "chill-out pool" was exactly that: peaceful, relaxing and perfect for unwinding. There was also plenty of food available, with a different grill on offer every day, so there was always something new to enjoy. A special shout-out to the main barman at the pool bar! He had endless energy, was always in a great mood and worked tirelessly preparing cocktails for everyone. His enthusiasm and positive attitude really added to the atmosphere around the pool. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to get around Bodrum, yet once you are inside the hotel, you would hardly know you were in the middle of town. The noise and buzz of the city simply disappeared, making the hotel feel like a peaceful oasis. Amazing all around! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to the entire team for making our holiday such a lovely experience. ❤️

We are currently enjoying our stay here and everything has been wonderful so far! The staff are polite and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the food is delicious with plenty of variety. The atmosphere feels very family‑friendly, and we’re already confident this hotel is worth recommending.

I was disappointed with my stay at Mandarin Resort. The biggest issue was the food. On multiple occasions, the chicken and some of the meat appeared to be undercooked, and after eating it I felt unwell. Many dishes were also very oily, lacked flavor, and were served ice cold. The fries were one of the few food items I consistently enjoyed, but overall there was not much variety. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and often unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. The hotel itself did not match the modern appearance shown in the promotional photos. In reality, many areas looked older and more worn than expected. There was also water leaking from the air conditioning in our room, which should have been addressed. On the positive side, the swimming pool was enjoyable, and I also liked the sauna and the hammam facilities. The surrounding area of Bodrum near the hotel was also disappointing to me. The streets and buildings felt poorly maintained, and the neighborhood did not look as attractive or clean as I expected based on the pictures. Overall, I feel this hotel did not offer good value for the money, and my experience did not match the expectations created by the advertisements.
