Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

We stayed at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort Belek for 9 nights and enjoyed many aspects of our stay, although several things became frustrating over time. The resort has a beautiful lobby and is generally well maintained, although some areas, particularly the corridors, are showing their age. A special thank you (!) goes to the cleaning and maintenance staff, whose hard work keeps the rooms spotless and the resort looking its best. There are plenty of amenities and activities, as well as a golf course nearby. The live entertainment was a highlight. Several concerts were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the daily piano performances. Unfortunately, during one concert, a guest held a prolonged, very loud conversation on speakerphone, shouting over the music. It made it almost impossible to enjoy the performance and we would have appreciated staff stepping in. We also loved the many friendly cats around the resort. It was lovely to see the staff treating them with kindness and respect 🐈. As we came primarily for golf, the golfing experience was an important part of our holiday. The course is generally well maintained, but the driving range experience could be improved. A basket of 30 balls felt expensive, and the dispenser frequently ran out, giving us only around 8-10 balls instead of 30. Staff provided the missing balls when we explained, but repeatedly having to walk back to the clubhouse to sort this out was irritating. The golf lessons were good quality, although overpriced in my opinion. We have had better overall golfing experiences in Spain, for example. There were, however, several areas that affected our experience: - The outdoor pools are not heated, apart from the children's pool, where the water was very salty. - Many of the staff we interacted with spoke limited English, which sometimes made communication difficult. - Some of the Russian-speaking guests were consistently very loud, which became increasingly frustrating and made it difficult to relax towards the end of our stay. Guest behaviour in the sauna was also disappointing, with loud conversations and people entering in swimwear despite the expected etiquette. Clearer rules and better enforcement would help create a more relaxing atmosphere. - Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, including around the live performances. A designated non-smoking area near the stage would make these much more enjoyable. We also felt that additional charges accumulated throughout the stay. As Kaya Club members, we asked about late checkout but were told we could not keep our room and were instead offered another room for an additional EUR 100. This was disappointing and left us feeling that our membership offered little benefit in this situation. The SPA treatments/massages also seemed overpriced to us (but the quality was very good so definitely worth trying). Another uncomfortable experience was being approached by a member of the marketing team (?) during a performance and asked to leave a review. She was pushy, encouraging me to select a star rating and submit immediately, without giving me time to reflect or write about our experience. Overall, the resort seems particularly well suited to families with children, with plenty to keep everyone entertained. However, for anyone who values peace, quiet and considerate behaviour from fellow guests, I would recommend choosing somewhere else. We were happy with our stay overall, but would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are good and convenant. After some issues they solved the problems. Pools are nice, so is beach. You need a taxi to get to Belek. Staff is helpfull. Some are even amazing. Food is outstanding .

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at this wonderful hotel with my family and friends, and it was such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm and professional service really made a difference. The hotel provided the perfect setting for such an important milestone, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for helping make my 50th birthday celebration so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness, hospitality, and for making our stay so special. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with wonderful service and genuine hospitality.

The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food deserves special mention — there is an incredible variety of dishes, and everything we tried was very delicious. There is something for everyone. I would like to commend the waitstaff—Sinem and Zeynep—working in the main restaurant for their professionalism and attentive approach to the hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families
