I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the amazing employee {Görkem} whose exceptional service and warm hospitality truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. He didn’t just provide a service—he created a memorable experience for us. Because of him, this place has become very special to us, and we will not only highly recommend it to many others, but we will also make it our first choice if we return to Bodrum. Employees like him are the reason places succeed and leave lasting impressions. Truly outstanding in every sense!

The pool area, with infinity pool and stunning views really is exceptional. It’s rare to find a hotel so perfectly placed for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Steps from the hotel take you to a stunning deck, where you can slip directly into the sea. The rooms are also well laid out, spacious with lots of storage. What lets this hotel down is the poor management. At this price point it should all be a lot better. The cleaning staff routinely forgot to empty bins, replenish toilet roll, they would take towels away and forget to bring fresh ones. Food in the restaurant was decent on the rare occasion they had what you asked for in stock. The menu is plentiful but they had run out of most things on it. The breakfast menu is however woeful. The only thing included in your stay is omelets, everything else is extra. Again not suitable for this price point. The worst thing of all is the bedding. Cheap materials and your only form of cover is what can only be described as a large tea towel. No over sheets, just a waffle bedspread that is scratchy and doesn’t reach both sides of the bed let alone cover 2 slender humans. All these issues shouldn’t exist in a hotel at this price point. They’re easy to fix with the right management. A pool area this good deserves a functioning hotel to support it.

As a returning guest, I was disappointed to find that the quality of service and amenities at the resort this year did not meet the standards I experienced during my previous stay. The most significant issues I encountered were problems with room maintenance and cleanliness. The toilet in my room was broken and unusable, and the floor was so dirty that my slippers turned black. Additionally, the toilet seat had an unsightly discoloration, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. These are basic expectations that were not met. I also faced challenges with room services, as my requests for a plug adapter and replenishment of amenities like coffee and tissues were not addressed in a timely manner. The breakfast selection was also reduced compared to the previous year, and the service in the breakfast area was poor. Perhaps most frustrating was the checkout experience. When I requested an early 7 am checkout, I was told I would have to pay the full night's rate, which I found to be an unreasonable and unwelcoming response. I also encountered issues with the resort's policies around guests, which seemed to change unexpectedly. To make matters worse, despite informing the reception multiple times about my early 7 am checkout, no one was available to assist me with my luggage, and I had to carry it myself. Overall, the issues I faced during my stay have left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. As a returning guest, I expected a similar level of service and quality, but that was not the case. I do not plan to return to this resort and would not recommend it to others based on my experience this year.

A missed oppotunity. I do not recommmend this place at all as you are literally renting a room like an Air BNB - there are no hotel services available here! Breakast is a few slices of bread, some cheese and watermelon! All on open display with flies sitting on the food! Eggs are available if you ask but come uncooked - oh and no one here speaks English - you will need to use google translate to speak to them but bear in mind Wifi hardly works so you may need to use your own data to even communicate with anyone here. The entire hotel shuts down at 11pm after which time you are completely alone here! No one to even speak to if you have an issue with eg Air con or anything else. Room cleaning bang on your door really hard at 10am every morning, even if you have the do not disturb sign up as they said they need to clean the entire hotel before they leave at 4pm LOL - it's really a joke. Oh and there are no phones - you need to use whatsapp to communicate with the hotel reception. We needed to ask 4/5 times before we had our room cleaned - had to stay on them otherwise it would not have been done as we experienced the first day. Stay elsewhere dont bother - its not a hotel its just a room you are getting here. Be warned.
