Prenaus Spa was absolutely amazing! The hamam and massage was just on another level. Polite, friendly and respectful.. I just had to go 3 times in 5 days 👌🏾 Hotel and entertainment needs improving somewhat but overall a decent place to stay in Antalya as it’s 20/40mins walk to the old market and bazaar with a 15/20m walk to the beach strip.

I had a wonderful trip! The food was good, with a great choice of cakes and desserts. The alcohol selection is pretty standard — mostly local drinks. There is a lobby bar, a pool bar, and another bar, plus a beach bar. At the beach bar, only soft drinks are free, but that’s absolutely fine for me. I don’t drink much alcohol during the day anyway, and sometimes I just bought a beer or two there. I really liked the hotel itself. There is so much space everywhere — it doesn’t feel like one of those small, modern hotels where everything is packed together. I read some comments saying that some of the furniture was broken, but that was not my experience at all. Everything was in good condition. The hotel is not new, but there is something grand and impressive about it, if you know what I mean. It has a certain atmosphere and character that you don’t always find in newer hotels. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was good. Of course, there is also a spa with all the usual facilities and treatments, including massages and other relaxing procedures. It’s a great option if you want to pamper yourself and fully unwind during your holiday. There was no animation during my stay at the end of September. For me, this was a plus rather than a minus, as I was looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the sea. There is a transfer available, but I actually preferred walking — it’s nice to get a little exercise when you’re staying at an all-inclusive hotel! 😊 This probably isn’t the right choice if you’re looking for something very posh, modern and noisy. But if you’re like me and just want some peace and relaxation for a couple of weeks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, decent breakfast, and excellent housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was given a different room, and no one helped with our luggage, so my belongings stayed packed for an entire day. One receptionist was particularly rude and unprofessional. For three days, I was told the ironing service was closed, although it is available daily from 8 AM to 11 AM. Thankfully, one younger receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Overall, the hotel needs to improve cleanliness, guest assistance, and reception service.

Negative points: • The hotel has 13 floors but only 3 elevators, resulting in quite a long wait during busy times. • The mattress was horrible — a total disaster. It was extremely uncomfortable and even caused a bruise on my hip. • There was no option to have lunch after checking out at 12:00. Very disappointing service! • The housekeeping could definitely be improved, as the room was not always cleaned to an acceptable standard. • We called the hotel before booking, and they told us that there would be mini disco for the kids. Unfortunately, there was no mini disco at all. • There was no music or entertainment during the day, which made the atmosphere feel rather quiet Positive points: • The food was tasty • The staff were friendly • The location is excellent, with many places and attractions within walking distance. •The hotel beach was good and friendly staff
