tekin!!!! my girlfriend has passed out in the shower while i was out to get a lighter for her. I was gone for a while, i honestly thought she was dead when i came back , he responded in a composed well manor and had ease my anxiety after she awoke great service 1000/10

⭐ 1/5 — Definitely NOT a 5-Star Hotel Extremely disappointing stay. This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star resort, but based on our experience, it is nowhere near a 5-star standard. We arrived at around 3am after travelling from the airport and were immediately given the wrong room. We had specifically paid for a sea-view room, yet the room we were given had no sea view at all. When we complained, we were told there were no sea-view rooms available that night, despite this being what we had booked and paid for. The room itself was disgusting. There was hair on the beds and the bedding was dirty. After travelling and arriving exhausted at 3am, we had to go downstairs to complain and ask for clean bedsheets. We ended up putting extra sheets over the beds ourselves just so we could sleep that night. We were eventually moved to another room, but the service didn’t improve. The rooms have an unpleasant stale smell, housekeeping is extremely poor, rooms are not properly cleaned every day, and even getting fresh towels became something we had to repeatedly ask for. We travelled as a group of around nine people, and this wasn’t just an issue with one unlucky room — several of us experienced the same problems. The overall service is extremely poor. Many of the staff members seem uninterested in helping and incredibly slow to deal with even basic requests. There is very little sense of urgency or customer service. Another thing that genuinely shocked us: this is a resort with OVER 500 ROOMS, yet we were told there is only ONE IRON available for the entire resort. For somewhere claiming to be a 5-star hotel, that is ridiculous. Breakfast was also disappointing. It was bland, repetitive and had very limited options. Again, absolutely not what you would expect from a supposed 5-star resort. A 5-star hotel should provide excellent cleanliness, housekeeping, food, facilities and customer service. Here, we struggled to get clean bedding, towels, proper room cleaning and even an iron. This hotel is far from 5-star quality. The standards and service simply do not match how the property is advertised. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

I would not recommend this hotel. Service is awful they do not help with luggage they do not help locate your room. They are useless. The hotel is in the worst location ontop of an hill where nothing is going on. Honestly stay far away from this hotel if you want a good time in turkey.

Nice place , food isn’t really all that but wasn’t surprised in turkey 🇹🇷 . Place is very big and have multiple pools which was nice.
