What an awesome stay we had at Elegance Hotel! Upon arrival, our first impressions were not great. We were given a double room with 1 bed and a bath which was not suitable for us. However, this was rectified for us the next day and were put in a much nicer room with 3 single beds and a walk in shower. All the staff were amazing which made our stay more enjoyable. Restaurant area is a bit small and we occasionally struggled to find a table. The food was average and a bit repetitive but nevertheless the area was clean with good hygiene. The spa is well equipped and we made most of the facilities available. The staff were wonderful, we would often be greeted with smiles and laughs by Kadek and Pushpa, always very helpful and not mention young Dani, a hard working young man. A special thank you to the amazing reception team — Sudenaz, Serdar, Imat, Asken and Diyrier. You were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A huge shout-out to the brilliant bell boys, Umut and Kamel, who were always there with a smile and ready to help whenever we needed it. We also want to say a big thank you to Damla from Drinks & Beverage for the excellent service and keeping us topped up with the tea and coffee and making us feel welcome. And finally, a special mention to the fantastic shop owners James Khan and Al Nour. You both added to our experience and were always so friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had an absolutely awesome stay and made some great memories. The staff are a real credit to Elegance Hotel, and their friendliness and hospitality made our holiday even more special. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back! Asad and Ikram. ❤️🇹🇷

I didn't stay at this hotel but I had food at the pier restaurant. We was seated at the end of the pier . There was lamps plugged in around the pier the floor was wet around the pier and these plugs were on the floor . First my youngest daughter said she was getting shocks from the metal chair leg , she jumped up and got upset . When she sat back down her arm touched her dad's arm which sent a bigger shock through them both so they both jumped up . A waiter came with our food and didn't ask if everything was ok even though it was clear my daughter was very upset at this point . We told them that we were getting shocks and they just said do u want to move tables so we got up and then my oldest daughter got a shock through her foot and up her leg . We asked to move back down the pier . We got sat down and started to eat and the shocks started happening again so we got up and left . They still made us pay for our meals . We complained about it and the waiter said they know about the problem and an electrion was coming the next day , even though one waiter tried telling me hes never known the problem before. Absolute avoid this place they dont care about people's safety. They didn't even say sorry to us when I asked why they are letting people on the pier if they know about the problem
I went to the pier dinner area at this hotel, and when I tell you I was in both physical and mental shock I was . I arrived at what I thought would be a nice dinner with my parents and sister but instead was utter hell, when we arrived we got seated at the end near a plug socket but then my sister got a shock and so did my dad they offered to move us seat but when I walked over to the table a shock was sent through my whole legs so then we moved further down the balcony and when I collected my belongings on the floor I got another shock, during this dinner we heard buzzers and constant little shocks and when we made the problem aware to the staff they said it had happened before but still bring customers on the pier with the risk of danger without any warning we asked for a discount as we was unable to finish our dinner but they refused and only gave us a chicken burger free which my sister didn’t even get to eat due to Shocks and whilst I’m writing this review 2 hours later my leg is still fuzzy. Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
excellent hotel, great service. the bartenders are so friendly and welcoming - Saim, Emir and Yasin were the highlight of our trip. best bartenders in the world. they don’t just pour you a drink - they make a show out of it. best hotel i’ve ever been in. i’ll definitely come back
Very disappointing experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. The reception staff were not friendly at all. Whenever you had a problem, their only response was “sorry,” with no effort to actually solve anything. They repeatedly said “we will contact you,” but nobody ever followed up. Communication was poor and promises meant nothing. Especially Mr. Serdar and Umut were extremely unhelpful. During my entire stay, despite having a disability and a valid disability parking permit, I was never able to use the designated disabled parking space at the hotel entrance. It was constantly occupied by regular cars without any disability permit displayed. I complained several times to Mr. Serdar and Umut, but my concerns were ignored. Because of my disability, I was forced every day to park far away from the hotel and walk longer distances. For a 5-star hotel, this is a huge shame. It felt as if parking spaces were being informally given away without respecting disabled guests’ rights. What shocked me the most was that Mr. Umut openly told me during a heated discussion that when there were no spaces available, they gave the disabled parking spots to friends and acquaintances. He raised his voice and spoke aggressively to me. I found this behavior completely unacceptable, especially toward a disabled guest. To make things worse, on our last day our flight was at 11 PM, and despite the weather being around 28°C and despite my disability, they refused to extend our room even for only two extra hours. There was absolutely no understanding, flexibility, or care shown toward guests. This level of service and attitude is unacceptable and far below what anyone would expect from a 5-star hotel. Dear Elegance Hotels International, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issues raised, you have chosen to deny them and imply that your guest is not telling the truth. Claiming that your internal review and camera footage found no issues proves nothing. An investigation conducted solely by the hotel about its own staff cannot be considered independent or impartial. I stand by every word of my review. During my stay, I experienced numerous problems, including the absence of hot water, damaged and worn towels, unprofessional and rude behavior from reception staff, and a complete lack of consideration for disabled guests. Regarding the disabled parking spaces, your own staff member, Mr. Umut, clearly stated that when necessary, those spaces are given to friends and acquaintances. That alone raises serious concerns about fairness and equal treatment. What is even more disappointing is that instead of acknowledging guest complaints and working to improve your services, you appear more interested in hiding problems than solving them. I also took the time to read many other reviews, and it is clear that my experience was not an isolated case. As for your bar service, the cocktails were far below the standard expected from a hotel that claims to offer 5-star service. The Piña Colada was particularly poor and demonstrated a lack of basic bartending skills. I did not write my review to harm your business. I wrote it to share my genuine experience. Guests have the right to express honest opinions, and hotels should focus on improving their service rather than attacking the credibility of their customers. Your response says far more about your management culture than my review ever could. The photos clearly show torn towels provided to guests and vehicles without a valid disabled parking permit occupying spaces reserved for disabled guests.
