Our hotel is 18 km from the pearl of the Mediterranean; Alanya,. It is in the Turkler district, famous for its sand and pebble beaches , 5 km to the center of Avsallar and Konakli, 90 km to the Antalya airport, 60 km to the Gazipasa Airport.Our hotel, which will open in 2017, consists of 5 storey main building on 60.000 m2 area and swimup rooms with direct pool connection. Our facility has 682 rooms. All of our rooms are decorated with modern furnishings, with everything our guests could need for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday.You can have cool atmosphere every morning with our daily breakfast buffet service and enjoy fresh seafood and local dishes in our restaurants, We offer refreshing drinks and snacks in the bars.You can make your holiday enjoyable together with delicious food in1 Main Restaurant and 4 A'la Carte Restaurants; Ottoman Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Asian Cuisine

Definitely not Luxury 5 star. Rooms spacious, best hairdryer ever in a hotel and lovely patisserie but for me thats where it ends. Carpets and decor up to rooms terrible so first impression not good. Food same everyday and barley warm. Alacarte restaurant not good at all only get choice of one per stay 2nd you pay for. Ive been to many other 5 star hotels in turkey and had amazing food and up to 4 alacarte per week ( Akra kemer. Barut Arum. laura beach) outstanding hotels. This comes nowhere near the standard I would expect. Won't be returning.
I had an amazing experience at Eftalia Ocean Hotel! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The attention and care we received throughout our stay made us feel truly comfortable and valued.
The staff’s approach to guests was outstanding, always with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. Every detail was well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere made our holiday even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the hotel puts a lot of effort into making its guests happy.
I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the service, the cleanliness, and the hospitality. Everything was just perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Family Holiday – Highly Recommend TALHA the REP!
We’ve just had a fantastic week at Eftalia Ocean Hotel as a family of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We booked several excursions through the hotel rep, TALHA, who was absolutely brilliant. We had a slight issue with one of the excursions, but TALHA dealt with it extremely quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was sorted for us. His customer service was excellent, and we would highly recommend speaking to TALHA if you’re looking to book any excursions during your stay.
The hotel itself was great. There was a really good selection of food and restaurants, plenty of choice for everyone, and the hotel was clean and well looked after. Our cleaner did a fantastic job throughout the week.
Our room was very spacious, which was perfect for our family, and overall we had a really enjoyable week away.
Definitely recommend Eftalia Ocean for families, and a big thank you to TALHA for looking after us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Its actually not all inclusive they extract mo ey out of you like you have a blackhole in your bank account. Its in a location where they charge tourist prices and its hard to escape the 5 euro minimum threshold which gets expensive quick! Rooms are noisy door constantly banging hear everything outside and inside the building, the beds are made or adamantium springs and concrete or so they feel. Pools are rammed as it feels like there are infinite guests. Food selection is ok you'll eat somethig but you might not enjoy it. Never said "ooh thats nice" just "its edible". Some staff seem like you've done something wrong to them when you are polite and smile. The amphitheatre is next to a bar when you have to drink watered down beer or pay for spirits. Would not recommend. Would not come again.
-- The slides close at 4:45 PM and have a two-hour break in the middle of the day!
- All-inclusive offers only water, artificial sweeteners, beer, coffe, tea, red and white wine. No drinks of any kind.
++ Children really have a lot to play with.
+- This hotel is geared towards families with children. If you're planning to come here as a couple, find something else.
++ The staff is very nice and they work hard to make sure everything is good.
+ For such a large number of people (~900 rooms) it is generally very clean.
+ A lot of food. Fresh fruits and cakes.
- This is a 4-star hotel, not 5 as TUI presents it.
-- If you're traveling with small children, keep in mind that the travel by coach can take from 2 to 3 hours from airport. It drops off and picks up from other hotels.
