We stayed at Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa and were very pleased! The hotel fully lived up to our expectations. We especially liked its convenient location — the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are shops, cafés, and the center of Kemer nearby.
The food was excellent: every day there was a wide selection of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, and delicious desserts. There was always something new to try.
Special thanks to all the staff for their friendliness and attentive service. The employees were always smiling, ready to help, and created a truly pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was clean and tidy.
We also enjoyed the entertainment program — there were activities during the day, as well as interesting shows and live music in the evenings. The spa area also made a very good impression: it was clean and peaceful, and a great place to relax.
We had a wonderful holiday. We would be happy to return and will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and family!
Everything was perfect! I enjoyed the hotel a lot. Service is incredible, the kitchen was AMAZING!! Every time I could barely walk after eating a half of a buffet…
Also the beach is really nice, and stuff and animation team were very good. We went to the clubs every night and they were supporting us and looking after us, so everything was funny and secure.
I recommend this hotel a lot! If u’re still thinking about coming here or not: u should definitely come!!
It's a superb hotel; it's restored our faith in all-inclusive resorts. The buffet is indeed varied, with little things that change daily. One small suggestion for improvement: you should try offering excursions/tours; it's nice to promote your local heritage.
The hotel fully met my expectations of a 4-star property. The food was excellent and varied, the restaurant staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean.
However, the beach is located across the road. To cross the street, you have to press the pedestrian crossing button, but the button is missing on one side of the road. On the way to the beach, you can see dirty sewage water flowing under the bridge. There is also no internet access on the beach. In addition, there is occasionally a sewage smell in the room.
Other than these issues, everything was excellent.
Our holiday was truly wonderful. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great atmosphere. A special thanks to the animation team, who made every day exciting and memorable. Their enthusiasm, fun activities, and amazing evening shows kept us entertained throughout our stay. We had a fantastic vacation and hope to visit again soon!!!
