One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely unprofessional staff, terrible customer service, poor organization, and absolutely no regard for guest satisfaction. Nothing was handled properly from start to finish. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are far better options nearby. A complete disappointment.

Absolutely terrible. We booked and paid for a room for 4 people and were given the wrong room multiple times. The staff then suggested that we should “squeeze together” instead of fixing their mistake, and even tried to charge us extra for the room we had already paid for. Unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. The room wasn’t even properly prepared when we finally got it. Avoid this hotel at all costs. A complete joke. 👎🏻

I have never seen such a poor and unprofessional hotel. We booked and paid for a room for 4 people. When we arrived, we were given a room for only 2 people. We went back down to reception to point out the mistake, and they gave us another room. We carried our luggage upstairs again, only to find that this second room was for 3 people, not 4. Exhausted from going back and forth, we returned to reception once more and explained that our reservation was clearly for 4 guests. The staff’s response was shocking: they suggested that we should “squeeze together” and sleep like that, even though we had paid for accommodation for 4 people. When we refused, they told us we would have to pay extra to get a room for 4 people, the exact room type we had already booked and paid for. After a long argument, they finally gave us a room for 4 people. However, the room had no bed sheets and was missing basic necessities. It was clearly not properly prepared for guests. Terrible organization, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. This hotel is a circus, not a hotel.

I had the pleasure of spending a night at this hotel before my flight, and I must say that the rooms exceeded my expectations. They were fully equipped and lacked nothing that you would typically find in a high-quality hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff warmly greeting us and going above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. It was evident that the hotel employees take pride in their work and are dedicated to providing excellent service to every guest. I felt safe and respected throughout my stay, and I am grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you for making my stay memorable.
