I rated this hotel two stars primarily because the diner was good. The breakfast options were limited. It was extremely hot outside and the hotel would not allow you to adjust the room temperature below a certain limit. The Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent at best not handling more than one device at a time. The general areas of the hotel showed signs of a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Our bathroom has maintenance issues and possibly mold. I think there has to be better options nearby.

We stayed here for a week, the reception kindly upgraded our room to the jacuzzi suite for a reasonable and decent amount. We have been treated with respect and always happy to help and make our stay unforgettable. All staff across the hotel are amazing, thank you to kitchen staff for the delicious and healthy food, staff at the restaurant, Selin I believe her name is, and to lovely gentleman’s at the reception. The rooms are spot on and cleaning is offered every day. Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful stay. Lavinia and Rus

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and it was wonderful and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The room service was excellent and the cleanliness was very high. The staff were very friendly and kind. The Wi-Fi is good and the restaurant has many delicious options for breakfast. Overall it was an excellent experience and I recommend this hotel to tourists, especially families.

Very comfortable, nice, clean plaće. Cleanliness at a high level. Very modern decorated especially we were satisfied with big nice room. Friendly and helpull stuff. Food was the best of 4 hotel we were in Turkey. The restaurant isn't so big but there was great choice every time. Hotel is situated one tram station from shopping centre and 7 from the centre. Highly recommend it!
