I loved everything about it, iwas with my wife and child, they provided a cot and cleaned our room everyday on the 9th floor, the lady cleaning our room treated us with so much love, and loved my baby too, which was lovely experience. Our excursion/activity person “farih” was the most delightful person to talk to, he treated us so well, and was in communication with us constantly even after his working hours, making sure our taxis have arrived, if we’ve looked at the weather before going out and much more, thank u FARIH for being so pleasant, only one negative review i have of adonis is even though they speak english, sometimes mid sentence they would speak to their co-worker in turkish right in front you which makes you really feel like you dont belong, i experienced this outside adonis too, but overall we enjoyed our stay in antalya. Thank u to the cleaning lady and farih, lovely people.

We recently stayed at the Adonis Hotel in Antalya for a week under an "all-inclusive 5-star" package, and unfortunately, it fell drastically short of expectations. In reality, the service, quality, and amenities feel more like a mid-range 3- or 4-star property at best, the dining experience was the biggest disappointment of our trip. The buffet options were severely lacking in quality and variety, and the desserts were practically inedible. Worse still, both my partner and I suffered from persistent stomach aches every time we ate at the hotel. The "all-inclusive" drink selection there was almost no variety, and the quality of the beverages provided was awful. Getting around the hotel was a nightmare. The lifts were a complete joke, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to catch one, and even once inside, it would stop on almost every single floor along the way. The room looked completely different from the photos displayed on their website. To make matters worse, we were shocked to find that in-room Wi-Fi was not included, we actually had to pay extra for Wi-Fi access in our room, which is completely unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel claiming 5-star status. Given the high price paid for a full week's stay, this hotel is simply not worth the money
I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The view is absolutely amazing, and the whole place is very clean and well-maintained. The staff were fantastic and incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. I was honestly surprised by the food — everything I tried was delicious, and I enjoyed it so much! 😍 If you’re looking for a place to relax and chill, I definitely recommend it. You can sit by the beach and enjoy the calm, peaceful atmosphere. And if you’re coming with kids, there’s also a pool with a water slide, which is a great option for families. Overall, everything was clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff treated us so well. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
The hotel had a nice view, but unfortunately, that was about its only positive feature. The food was terrible, with the same dishes being served every day. The quality of both the food and the drinks was very poor. Another major issue was the internet. There was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. The attitude of two of the reception staff was also unacceptable and unprofessional. The hallways on the guest floors were extremely hot, making the environment uncomfortable. The hotel provided very limited service. Apart from the drinks stocked in the minibar, you only received two bottles of water per day, and even then, only if you requested them. What was especially disappointing was that many of these limitations and extra charges were not mentioned in the hotel’s description. Despite the high price paid for the booking, the hotel seemed to charge extra for almost every additional request, which made the stay feel poor value for money. Overall, it was not a good experience. The only real advantage of this hotel was its convenient location, close to the nearby shopping areas.
Money Disappeared From Our Room — We Flew Home Without Answers I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience so that future guests can make an informed decision. On the morning of our last day, cash was inside my wallet, which was kept in my bag in our room. When we returned later that day, the money was gone. We immediately reported the situation to hotel management. What was most disappointing was not only the disappearance of the money itself, but the way the situation was handled. The first response we received was essentially that because the money had not been stored in the safe, it was not really the hotel's responsibility. We were later told that security cameras would be reviewed, but no answers, updates, or resolution were provided before our departure. I am not accusing any specific person because I do not know exactly what happened. However, as a guest, it is deeply concerning to discover that money has disappeared from your room and then feel that there is little urgency or genuine interest in resolving the issue. What made this experience particularly upsetting was not only the financial loss. It felt like a betrayal of trust. When you stay at a hotel, you expect your room to be a place where you can relax, leave your belongings, and feel safe. After this incident, that feeling disappeared completely. The money that went missing was not just spare cash. It was the remaining money we had available before our flight home, including funds intended for travel expenses and baggage fees. Finding ourselves in that situation while preparing to leave the country was incredibly stressful. Even more disappointing was the apparent lack of concern shown by the reception and management team. Instead of feeling supported during a difficult situation, we were left with the impression that once the problem became complicated, it was easier to distance themselves from it than to actively help. Another issue worth mentioning is the paid Wi-Fi service. Despite costing extra, the connection was unreliable, frequently disconnected, and often failed to work when needed. For me, the biggest issue is not even the money itself. It is the fact that I left this hotel without answers, without a resolution, and without the feeling that my concerns were taken seriously. Regardless of what ultimately happened, I left questioning how secure personal belongings really are and whether guest welfare is genuinely a priority when serious problems arise. A hotel should provide more than a room and a view. It should provide peace of mind. Unfortunately, that was the one thing I did not leave with.
