They had the nerve to charge me extra for early check in for a room with no water and smells of sewage. No offer of a refund and when I went to the lobby to ask for bottles of water to wash my face they could only give 2 small bottles . I not only paid but paid extra for a room with no water and smells. That is just straightforward gangster . It’s scary .

Me and my partner stayed here in May 2024. The pictures advertised are not a true and accurate representation of the hotel. It is a very dingy location to say the least, with dark and unlit alleyways housing stray dogs providing the only access. Customer service is non-existent and the advertisement deeply misleading. Save your money, or stay in a reputable resort instead. We had paid for a breakfast buffet, and upon ordering a second round of breakfast were told we would have to pay for any more food - definitely not a buffet! You will also be woken up to dogs barking. Not a safe entry / exit at night.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and overall it was a disappointing experience. The rooms were small and not clean, with almost no space to store clothes. The “dark room” is especially bad — I definitely don’t recommend booking it. The breakfast was good, and the person serving it was very kind and polite. The staff in general were friendly, but honestly, this place feels more like a one-star hotel at best.

I initially wanted to book a room for two nights, but due to high demand, I was only able to secure one night—which I now consider fortunate. We chose to stay in the “Fantastic” room, which was advertised as a top-tier option. Unfortunately, the reality was far below expectations. Here are the major issues we encountered during our stay: The shower was broken and barely functional. The room included a sauna, but there were no instructions on how to operate it. The table was poorly maintained, with chipped plywood and peeling paint. The mirrored ceiling above the bed was incomplete, with some panels missing and others hanging dangerously, posing a safety risk. The floor tiles were broken and poorly maintained. The balcony’s outer glass was broken, creating a potential hazard. The hairdryer’s filter had clearly never been cleaned and was unhygienic. The electrical switches were shabby, loose, and most of the paint on them was worn off. The paint on the disco lamp was faded and peeling. The main door latch was loose and felt like it could fall off at any moment. The jacuzzi buttons were not working. Overall, the condition of this room was unacceptable for a hotel of this purported caliber. I strongly advise potential guests to consider these issues carefully before booking. This experience was disappointing and not representative of the quality one should expect.
