I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel, and the staff deserves all the praise. The team was absolutely outstanding, always helpful, and everything else regarding the services was flawless. However, there are two details that really don't align with the standards of a 4-star hotel. First is the sleep comfort: the mattresses are extremely hard. After a long day of walking around, a comfortable bed is all I need to recover, but unfortunately, my sleep quality suffered here. The second frustrating aspect is that the Wi-Fi is not free. At this level of classification, you expect such a basic amenity to be automatically included in the room rate. Overall, it is a good place to stay thanks to the wonderful people working there, but management really needs to reconsider the Wi-Fi policy and the comfort of the beds.

I did not stay there but today I met with a client at the lobby. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient, only few minutes walk to the sea. The district is a little far to the city center but honestly you can find anything you want there.
A great hotel for a comfortable stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. The food is mega-tasty and varied - the breakfast buffet impresses with its choice and freshness. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast and professional: they settle instantly and sincerely help in everything. 10 out of 10, you definitely want to come back here!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and perfectly clean. We loved the small details, like the complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries. The location is excellent — situated in a quiet area but just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!
Iiv just stopped at the Acar hotel. We arrived 3am in middle of the night after a long journey. We were greated by a young lad and another lad who took us up to the room and inspected it to make sure it was tidy ac and TV included in the price of the hotel. WiFi is extra. The breakfast menu is contenental breakfast. There is always chips and soup option on the breakfast menu. The snack bar is same every day burger chips and pasta sometimes chicken nuggets. There isn't any option for ice cream or crisps. All staff were lovely especially with my 2 year old. During the day there is music on in the hotel and games around the pool. Dinner menu is verified some days better then others but overall there is always something to your taste. Tea menu generally has plenty choice. There is always rice and sometimes veg. There is always an amazing range of cakes. Hotel is lovely and clean beds were changed daily and there is various drinks machines for apple juice,pineapple juice,cherry and water. The hotel has few animals cats, birds and fish. The young lady on the front desk Nehir was amazing for giving advice on local services and suggestions for alternative. The hotel is central and it is around 15 minute s to the beach there is plenty bars around hotel with music and toys in for the kids. There is a small fare found 2 streets away. Plenty to do if you look at the hotel on the map you can see it is in a good place.
