The driver was great. However there was an issue with payment and logistics, and I have not been contacted by Viator to resolve the issue. Until now I have had a great experience with this company.
Our driver was Daniel and he was amazing. Our flight was delayed and we ended up being almost two hours late meeting Daniel to take us to our hotel. He was very patient and pleasant. I highly recommend this service.

<p>Pick up at airport went well but the car was really small and it was a puzzle to fit 3 passengers and all luggage. The driver was very nice but did not speak English, luckily our family could speak Spanish but anybody else who does not speak Spanish would have a problem.</p>

Best way to get from the Medellin airport to your hotel. There's a little office in the airport where they dispatch the cars, so go in there if you don't see anyone holding a sign with your name on it!
