Pablo Escobar Tour - Private And Affordable Tour - The New Colombia

We had an amazing time in Columbia. The coordinator Andres was amazing getting everything reserved and us connected to our tour guide/driver Alejandro. Alejandro took us on the Pablo Escobar tour and man did he go over and beyond. He was so personable, knowledgeable and very flexible with us. I would recommend anyone who wants to see the real behind Pablo and all that he did in the community, please book with them. They don’t just take you on the touristy spots but the places that Pablo really made an impact on. Communication was great and they made sure we were aware of any and everything we were doing. I definitely recommend.

Well the tour was great at first. The tour guide was nice and had good english. He asked if it would be ok if we finished the tour tomorrow at 8am since the cemetery would be closed by the time we got there. I woke up early and got ready for the tour guide to never connect me. I did not connect them because at this point im over it and mad about waking up early for nothing!!! I would not trust this place for a tour. I can understand things coming up but to not even contact your client to say you wont make it is unacceptable for me

The tour operator said they were on their way and then 15 mins before the scheduled pick up time , I receive an email to say the tour was cancelled. The tour operator did not communicate, viator apologised but the local tour company has not. I am so disappointed!!!!!!

Like so many others have already said Andres treats you like family and is such a good judge of what would be the best experience for your group. It was our first time in Medellin and definitely won’t be our last. We did a few things with Andres and all of them hit, especially the daytrip to Guatapé. I will be back soon brother!!!!!

What a trip to Colombia. Highly recommend Andres as a tour guide. He took us on many activities and tours, well knowledgeable of the country. We also went to the stadium to watch the Atlético Nacional game, I can safely say this is my second team now. Andres went above and beyond for us to make us feel safe and welcome. Will see you next year when I come South America!

I would give it a ZERO because it is a SCAM and should be banned from all sites. We waited like fools and our hotel advised us this is a scam.

Top tier Concierge service as well as staff. We had a great time in Medellin the Airbnb was very clean. We didn’t have any problems and the staff was very helpful

I was pleasantly surprised to be given the opportunity to meet with Pablo Escobar’s older brother. Andres was very friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable in the subject of the Narcos. I had many interesting and thought provoking discussions with Andres which gave me more insight into life in Medellin. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in this type of tour. The tour provided by Andres has left me with a thoughtful lasting impression.

Tour guide never showed up. He said 8am. We waited and waited. Sent him a message he never responded. Had someone from Viator call him and no answer. Waiting for refund.

We scheduled this tour for Saturday April 20. I messaged Andres Cardenas Munera the day before to find out what time he was picking us up from the hotel. He messaged me and said 8am. We waited outside for him and he didn’t show up at the time we agreed. I messaged him at 8:06am to ask what time he was arriving because it been 6 mins past 8am. Andres Cardenas Munera never tried letting us know he was going to be running late or not show up. Nor did he respond to my message. I had an agent from Viator also try calling him and he never picked up his phone. We ended up cancelling this tour after 45 mins of waiting. We’re waiting on our refund. Viator was very helpful and are assisting us in getting our refund. We requested that they remove Andres Cardenas Munera from the Viator site to prevent this from happening to someone else. Check his reviews because this isn’t the first time he’s not shown up. I highly ADVISE everyone to exercise extreme caution when booking with Andres Cardenas Munera. Be prepared for a “No Show” there are other more reliable tour guides out there.

Great guide, friendly, knowledgeable. Spoke English. Highly recommended. He went out of his way to fit me in. Can't recommend Highly enough. Great value. I was booked in for a group tour, and they forgot me. My luck this was better.

Unfortunately, we were never able to complete this tour with this company. They did not message us the day before to confirm pickup, and we never heard from them on the morning of the tour. Pickup was supposed to be a 9am, and when we didn't hear from them, we ended up contacting a tour guide from the previous day to see if she was interested in doing the tour for us, and luckily -- she was available! So we did end up doing a Pablo Escobar tour, just not with this company. We were able to get a refund from Viator, but it's just unfortunate that they didn't bother contacting us to do the tour we paid them for.

Andreas was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He talked about the good and bad of Pablo Escobar. Well done and recommended.

I enjoyed everything about the tour! Andres was very knowledgeable & friendly. I can't remember our drivers name but he was great too! I brought my son's manual wheelchair & they were very accommodating. He didn't even need his chair during the tour. Andres also sent suggestions on where to eat based on what I was wanting.

Andres was the perfect guide, he was very knowledgeable about the city and history, he really made us feel at home and besides the tour really showed us around the beautiful city I would highly recommend his services as he made our trip 1000% worth it versus not getting a tour guide and exploring the city yourself

I can only recommend the Pablo tour from Andrés. Andrés is a great tour guide and a funny person. He could answer all our questions and made the tour something special. We went to all the best spots and finished it with meeting Roberto Escobar. Pablos Brother that is still living. If I ever come back to Medellin I would choose him again.

This was a really incredible tour! Andres is very knowledgeable guide and filled in a lot of the back story surrounding Pablo. Definitely something to check off as a must do in Medellin.

If you want to have fun, learn about the history of Pablo Escobar, from how he create his empire until his death this is the tour you have to go. We loved how we where treated and how much knowledge of Escobar story was in our tour guide. We definitely recommend this tour a 100%, trust me you’ll be safe and joyful in the ride. The tour was booked very spontaneous and uncomplicated. Andres answered all my questions very friendly and fast before the booking. He advised us very well and he was very flexible. To highlight is that you can customize your tour, so we could choose which places we want to visit. He also speaks very good English and he is highly knowledgeable about the history of Pablo. He was able to answer any questions we had. I found his neutral opinion very exemplary because Pablo is not someone to celebrate in Columbia but he is a part of Columbia history.
