Pablo City Tour In Medellin

The tour picked up is at our hotel and took us around to city to the famous sites. We were very comfortable, our guide Sebastian was excellent he was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Camilo was incredible. Friendly greeting first of all. Throughout the tour he was very knowledgeable and always asked me if I had any questions along the way. I learned a lot on this tour about Pablo Escobar, and I finally got the answers I was looking for through Camilo ☺️

If you want to learn a little more about the life and death of Pablo Escobar, this is the tour. Had the absolute privilege and pleasure of going with Mr. Camilo - this man is a treasure chest of knowledge about the city, it's history and the periode og Escobar. He holds alot of knowledge about the people involved, the sites you see and is so generous with his knowledge! The tour takes you to the places like former Monaco Building, the graveyard, where Escobar found his final and the Football station he built. The tour lasted for 5 hours, but felt like 10 min. Mr. Camilo is doing more then his job as a guide, he is giving you a way to understand the times and sites you see in a unique way.

This was a great tour. Jaime was amazing and very thorough. Very knowledgeable about Pablo. And he also takes good pictures. Next time we are here, we will request him again for a tour.

I learned so much about Pablo Escobar and the real impact of the events that shaped the city. The tour itself was surreal — visiting the actual sites and homes where these infamous moments took place made the history feel very real. It was an explanation of the transformation from the most horrible time in Medellin history to the vibrant community it is today. Our guide John was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. You could sense his pride in his country and he focused on the history of Medellin, the impact of the drug trade/and Escobar, and how far the country has come. One of our favorite stops was the memorial to the more than 40,000 victims. Our guide also accommodated our every need including a coffee stop and timely airport drop off. We would 100% recommend this tour (and John!).

Joshua was a great guide taking us all over the places that Pablo influenced in Medellin. We actually met one of Pablo’s former body guards at the cemetery!

Joshua gives great insights into the rise and fall of the Medellin Cartel, the Escobar family, and the mixed feelings on a guy who helped some, executed heaps, destroyed more. It is sobering to recount how recent in history this is, and it is astonishing how quickly Medellin has transformed to what it is now.

Camilo is very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. I enjoyed a great conversation and acquire plenty information about the entire tour.

This tour was nothing short of amazing! Thanks to our tour guide Joshua who did a remarkable job explaining the intricate and complex character of Juan Pablo Escobar. He managed to strike a perfect balance between the very polarized character and his influence (good & bad) on Columbia’s history. One wouldn’t imagine the many takeaways that emerged from this tour. The Pablo Escobar tour was informative tour and interesting . I love learning history in each country I visit and I loved Narcos . Camilo was very knowledgeable and friendly . The whole history of the Medellin Cartel and how Pablo Escobar got started with drugs and his gravesite

Joshua did an excellent job for the Pablo Escobar tour. He stated clear directions of where to meet up for the start of the tour. He gave me the history of the Pablo Escobar reign in Medellin and how he got started in the drug business. We visited the memorial for the victims that died during Pablo Escobar's bloody reign from 1984 - 1993. After that we went to the apartment where he was killed in Los Olivos. Pablo Escobar and Griselda Blanco gravesites were one of the highlights of the trip. I would recommend this tour to any first timers in Medellin

I felt that it was important to understand the recent history of Medellin, and we decided to take the tour. Not only was it an incredible experience, but our tour guide Jhonny, made it personal. If anyone knows about Envigado, Pablo Escobar, and the Medellin cartel of the 80s, it's someone who lived through it. I was given a whole new perspective on the suffering of a city under extreme crime and violence, rising from the ashes and growing from that experience. My home city of Detroit, Michigan is living through a similar experience. Well worth both the time and money, and possibly a nefarious personality or two, along the journey.

Joshua was our tour guide and he was amazing, he is really knowledgeable about the Pablo Escobar life. We were amazed by all the details that he knew. Also we had the chance to speak to a local that lives two houses down were Pablo was executed by the police and was a good experience. I highly recommend this tour and Joshua he deserves a big recognition for his job.

I'd give this 10 stars if I could! This tour was absolutely amazing. Joshua our tour guide is the best. He reached out to me well before the scheduled time and kept me updated on his arrival. After he arrived he greeted my girlfriend and I, made us feel welcomed and we began the tour. We made him pull double duty because he had to do the tour in English and Spanish but he was more than happy to do so. We visited different sites along the tour, Joshua took time to teach us many things (again in two languages) as it relates to Escobar's life and death. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone interested in knowing more about Pablo Escobar and if Joshua is your tour guide sit back and relax because you got the best.
