Excellent Bike Tour in Medellín! 🚲🇨🇴 Michael was a fantastic guide! From the very beginning, he was always attentive to our safety and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. He was also very knowledgeable and happy to show us the best parts of Medellín, sharing the city’s history, culture, people, and local food along the way. What we loved most was the relaxed pace—there was absolutely no rush. Michael took the time to explain the history and importance of each place we visited, making the experience both fun and educational. Mitch was our guide and was friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. This was a great way to explore Medellin for the first time. Fun stops for local snacks along the way. Felt very safe, despite all the motorbikes and cars. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Michael as our tour guide during our bike tour of Medellín yesterday. From the moment we arrived, Michael welcomed us warmly and made sure we were comfortable and fully prepared for the tour. What stood out immediately was that he took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand what we already knew about Medellín and what new experiences or insights he could introduce us to. That personalized approach made the tour feel much more meaningful. Before we set off, Michael conducted a thorough safety briefing. My wife, Dan’ielle, hadn’t ridden a bicycle in quite some time, and Michael showed remarkable patience and encouragement while helping her regain her confidence. His calm and supportive attitude made a big difference and allowed us both to enjoy the experience. Throughout the tour, Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and expressive. At every stop, he provided detailed explanations and historical context, helping us understand not only the places we visited but also the broader story of Medellín. He was also very accommodating when it came to taking photos and videos, ensuring that we could capture great memories while never compromising our safety on the road. One of the things we appreciated most was that Michael gave us a holistic view of Medellín. As tourists, we expected to see the city’s highlights and most popular areas, but Michael went beyond that. He showed us both the prosperous and the more challenged parts of the city, providing valuable historical background and explaining how different neighborhoods have evolved over time. This gave us a much deeper understanding and appreciation of Medellín, its people, its history, and its future. Michael’s patience, professionalism, and passion for sharing his city made this one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks to him, both Dan’ielle and I left with a greater appreciation for Medellín and a much richer perspective than we could have gained on our own. A great way to see the real Medellín- you visit areas you wouldn’t see on other tours. I’m not the most confident cyclist but Mich and Bibi were very helpful and gave me the confidence. They were very knowledgeable about the different areas and passionate about the city. I would highly recommend this tour.

A brilliant tour. Very informative.

We do not recommend this tour. We were a group of four in a tour group of 7 for the “e-bike, snacks and stories tour” it is also listed as “local neighborhood including snacks” The start of the tour should have given us a hint to what to expect, the tour guide showed up ½ hour into the start of the tour. We also had two twenty minutes of repairing flat tires. We all felt the $50 charge was overpriced based on what we saw, the 3 snacks, one mini beer as well was the non impressive “stories”. It would have been better just to rent bikes separately. The e-bikes were fine, but we did not need e-bike since most of the tour was on flat ground. One of the members of the group was surprised that the tour guide did not block traffic during busy intersections, he just looked back once while the group crossed.

A wonderful tour to see other parts of the city, outside of the main areas of El Poblado/Provenza. David was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and kept us safe guiding us on the bikes. This was a great tour to see some of the less touristy areas of Medellin and try some small, tasty local treats. The bikes were also well maintained and easy to use. Highly recommend this tour! Great tour with our guide David! He provided history, stories, good food and fun! The bikes were in great condition and very easy to ride, and I felt safe the whole time. I feel that I have a much better sense of the city after biking around it. This tour is a must do in Medellin!

She shared thoughtful stories about each neighborhood we visited, explained the local food scene in a way that made every bite more meaningful, and taught us so much about the plants and fruits that are such an important part of Colombian culture. We tasted things we never would have tried on our own and learned the stories behind them. What really stood out was how passionate Diana is. You can tell she loves her city, and that passion makes the entire experience feel authentic, personal, and special. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring Medellín with a very knowledgeable local friend. If you’re considering this experience, ask for Diana. Diana was a great guide who made sure we rose safely. It was a great to try local food and see the neighborhoods from a local’s perspective.

This is an absolutely incredible experience. I hurt my knee a few days before and I was nervous I was gonna have to cancel, but I just let my guide, David, know about my knee and he was so helpful in letting me know that I would be able to do it in the best way to use the bike to not strain my knee. On top of that, David knew so much about the city and its history being someone who was from there. We let him know that we were really into plants and foliage and he took the time throughout the tour to stop and show us different local plants which felt very special.

I had an amazing bike ride with Dayana! She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable, and has a natural ability to build rapport right away. The ride was absolutely worth the time and money for the value. Dayana not only answered all of my (many) questions, but also shared historical context along the way. I would highly recommend this experience. Dayana makes it memorable, and you definitely won’t be disappointed!

The e-bike ride was smooth, safe, and fun with a proper bike lane to enjoy the local neighborhoods. Along the way, we got to try different local foods, which made the experience even more authentic. Our guide, Jhon Freddy, was super chill and easygoing. He really made the whole tour amazing. The agency has another route in downtown Medellin. When I return to Colombia, I’d 100% do the other route.

We had an incredible experience on our e-bike tour, and Jhon Fredy was the best tour guide ever! We had never ridden e-bikes before, but safety was Jhon’s top priority. He was also patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, fun! We had a great time exploring the city and the food stops were amazing! Our guide was David and he was great. Lots of love and pride for his home town- came through in his stories and narratives . He was serious about clearing traffic at cross streets for the clients. Tip / make sure your seat is high enough and enough air in your tires before you start Enjoy the tour!

We had a very nice bike- & bitestour with the possibly even nicier guide Dayana. Her energy is nice and her knowledge about the city is outstanding. We thought it was a 10/10 cycling with her through the city!! She is a relaxed tourguide and speaks English very well. After the tour she gave us a lot of nice tips for restaurants/where to go/what to do in town. Good bikes by the way! Thank you sooo much Dayanna!

We had a fantastic e-bike tour through El Poblado with our guide Dayana. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and made the tour both fun and informative. We saw so much of the neighborhood — from beautiful parks and street art to local landmarks — and Dayana explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. She shared insights about the local culture, environment, art, and even touched on the city’s politics and social history, which gave the tour a lot of depth. The e-bikes made it easy to get around, even in the hills of Medellín, and the whole experience felt very safe and well-organized. Highly recommended if you want to explore the city in an active and meaningful way!

A fantastic way to explore Medellin. Andrés is very passionate and gave great insight into local areas, neighbourhoods and local culture. Some delicious snacks along the way too (Buñuelo, empanadas, arepa de huevo, Pandebon).

This was such a fun bike tour! We went all around the city and I loved being on an e-bike. Andres is such a great leader. He is so knowledgeable and made it incredibly fun.
