I was never picked up and had to manage for myself and take a local taxi. The company contacted me apologizing, saying they just saw the bookin and they would be reimbursing my payment. I never received my money back.

I called more than once to make sure I would know where the driver was going to pick us up. I was told he would be waiting for us with a sign with my name on it right outside immigration. He was not there. it took more than 10 minutes before he finally arrived. He told me he was texting me through WhatsApp after I repeatedly told by to I was not going to use WhatsApp and they said that was fine.
Wish i could give this 0 stars!!! Its nt worth it just book an Uber! Its cheaper and more reliable! I was left stranded with my family for over a hour! The number on the page doesn't work and the bus they use is just for show! There is no vip nothing just liars and thieves!!!Plus they refuse to give me any form of refund!! I do not recommend!
Very easy to communicate through what’s app. Van was clean and driver was really nice. I recommend taking a Dramamine if you get sick as the roads are windy.
Luis was a great driver. He waited patiently for us to come through immigration and meet him outside. The immigration lines were terribly long but he didn't fuss about it, instead he sent encouraging words and checked on us throughout. He was also very pleasant and helpful. Great Job Luis!
Mayely and Cristian were very helpful. Mayely books your car and Cristian was the driver. Cristian picked us up from the airport. Our flight was delayed about one hour and a half and Cristian waited for us. Our drop off was out of the allowed drop off zones so they charged a very reasonable extra fee. Highly recommend this service.

I was met at the airport by a friendly staff member with my name on a card. The operator texted me a photo of the vehicle and driver ahead of pickup, so I knew how to verify that I was getting in the right car. The driver was friendly and professional, and at no time did I feel unsafe on the trip.

Booked this service specifically because it was advertised as VIP private airport transportation after a long international travel day. The actual experience was the complete opposite. I proactively messaged the company throughout the immigration process exactly as instructed so they could coordinate pickup timing. When we exited, nobody was actively waiting for us. There was only a sign attached to a post, and we were told the representative was assisting another customer and would return. We then waited over 20 minutes after clearing immigration while another group arriving after us was escorted first and ultimately left before we did. The company later admitted the driver, Jefferson, was delayed because he was handling another customer before our pickup. They also admitted the vehicle smelled strongly of marijuana because a prior passenger had smoked before entering the car. Unfortunately, the smell was overwhelming for the entire ride. This was not a premium private transfer experience. It felt disorganized, poorly coordinated, and nowhere close to what was advertised or paid for. The company offered a $10 refund and a discount on a future ride, which honestly only reinforced that they knew the service failed. After a long flight into a foreign country, the last thing you want is standing around waiting for transportation that is supposedly “VIP,” only to end up in a vehicle that smells heavily of weed. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for airport transportation in Medellín.

Veronica was our driver and she was great! We kept in constant contact from the time we landed until we got in her SUV. The ride to Medellin from the airport was very smooth. I speak very little Spanish and used Google Translate to help with communication throughout our trip.

We had the most amazing experience, the communication was great from the start. First they reconfirm all my flight information, on the day of the trip they proactively advised me the details of the conductor and the vehicle which will pick us up. Our flight was delayed almost 4 hours, we had a lot of communication with them as we updated them of the delays and they updated us of our assigned drivers. This company far exceeded our expectations, they are extremely professional. The vehicle which picked us up was nice, clean and the driver was very cordial. I would highly recommend this company and their services.

The driver was punctual, friendly, and communicated well before pickup. He clearly wanted to be helpful and made an effort to communicate during the ride. However, during the drive he was using his phone frequently, including for translation and navigation, and it was often held in his hand rather than mounted. This felt distracting and stressful from a safety standpoint. Because of the language barrier, it was difficult to ask him to stop and focus on the road. Overall, the service had many positive aspects, but minimizing handheld phone use while driving would significantly improve passenger comfort and safety.
