Really cool experience getting to pick your own beans, see the entire process on how coffee is made and roasted, and try out different types of local coffees. This is located at a small convent garden in the city, not a larger farm in the country.

We toured a local farm, saw their true passion, and learned so much about coffee, Colombia’s roots in the industry, and more. This tour was very informative about the coffee production, from planting seeds and harvesting all the way through final production and brewing. We all learn more about how to select and brew good coffee. Pablo and Sebastian were both very friendly and very knowledgeable of their product. The farm is not far away from Medellín, so it is a better use of your time. This tour is highly recommended.

Pablo was in charge of this excursion and he was assisted by Sebastian. Start to finish, a wealth of new information was gained about the coffee industry from a macro to a micro level. We took the 8am tour. Weather turned out to be superb. Skip your coffee that morning. There will be plenty of it to sample towards the end of the tour. Pablo and Sebastian, great job guys! Pablo was exceptional. Not only did he know the entire history of coffee - from the origins to exportations to value - but also was able to help differentiate tastes and notes in coffee. Definitely a must do for any person not just coffee lovers!

Tree to cup — Isabel and Pablo are the best One of the highlights of my Medellín trip. Isabel and Pablo are warm, funny, and seriously knowledgeable — they answered every question I had. The farm is a hidden pocket of green just minutes from the city. We walked the plantation while they explained what makes Colombian coffee special: altitude, climate, soil, hand-picking. Then we drank a cup grown right there. Green Hills Coffee covered everything after the harvest — milling, roasting, how a roast is built to bring out specific flavors. The tasting at the end included some high-scoring Q-grader cups, and by the last one I could actually taste the differences. Five hours flew by. If you’re in Medellín and even a little curious about coffee, book it. Ask for Isabel and Pablo.

First time to Colombia and this tour was amazing. Pablo and Sebastian were incredible-passionate, informative and overall just great guides! Small coffee farm and warehouse tour with samplings of coffee from bean to cup! Must do!

Pablo was a great guide on site, and the location was convenient to the city. It is a small organic farm on the grounds of an enclosed monestary. Hotel pickup was an uber with a guide from the company riding with us, which surprised us but was fine. You see the whole process from seed to cup, and learn a bit how to taste. Great half day for a couple.

I attended the tour with friends. The small group setting is nice to be able to ask questions and experience the coffee from ground to cup. Learning the history of the coffee from its origin to its present was fascinating.

Pablo and Juan gave us a spectacular and truly memorable Colombian coffee experience! We learned about the history and art of Colombian coffee, toured the beautiful plantation, picked some beans, enjoyed a wonderful coffee tasting, and finished with another delicious cup while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The tour was originally planned for 3–4 hours, but since it ended up being just our family, it turned into a wonderfully relaxed five-hour experience. Pablo and Juan never rushed us and made the entire afternoon feel personal and special. The combination of their knowledge, warm hospitality, beautiful scenery, and fantastic coffee made this one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Isabella and Pablo were great guides and very knowledgeable! We got to experience the entire coffee production process from a tiny plant, to fruiting, processing at the farm, roasting and tasting. Definitely recommend!

This was a great tour all around. Isabella our tour guide was very thorough and has a great command of the English language. She picked us up, explained everything from the beginning history of coffee and took us to the farm…explained various stages of coffee growth and production enthusiastically. We got to pick our coffee fruits ands then see how everything is separated and readied to be taken to roasters. She then drive us to the roasting place and walked us through all the steps before going upstairs to drink more coffee in prepared in various methods. It’s a must do tour for anyone who loves coffee or just wants to learn how agriculture in Colombia is conducted. A+ to the tour and A++ to Isabella.

Just awesome. Isabela was such a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend going on this tour as not only you see a coffee plantation but also a roasting company and process which is not in the same location as the farm. Another advantage is that the farm is in the city so you don't have to spend a lot of time driving to and from the farm

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip through Central and South America. Pablo is a total coffee expert and Andres was an excellent translator - I really enjoyed spending a morning in their company. I learnt a lot and it was super interesting to follow the journey of from fruit to cup. The proximity of the coffee farm to Medellin was an added benefit. A must do for anyone who loves coffee!

This tour was a wonderful experience for my whole family. The adults as well as the children enjoyed the experience of learning how a simple drink such as coffee, has so much history. The tour guide, Isabella, was incredibly welcoming, helpful. Ashe thoroughly answered each question, big or small, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. My children had an amazing time exploring the nature. It was impressive to see how much an individual can learn in one short period of time. The group included 7 people, including the tour guide. This was a perfect amount of people and each and every person had a chance to connect with another.
