Great Day Trip Idea with our guide Alex, the driver and a group of 41 eager, fun people from all over the world. Got a good breakfast, we walked the steps. Other options existed. Solid, good lunch and a nice stroll around the town. Ended with an informativeand fun boat ride before stopping by a farm to see some animals.

This was an amazing experience. It was very informative but fun. The steps almost took my 3 points lol but the view was amazing. Gina made us laugh and made the experience a lot more than what it is. I would definitely recommend. Until next time🫶🏽🫶🏽 Big up you self❤️

This tour was by far the highlight of my trip. Our tour guide Laura was awesome. She was so knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. It is a long day so make sure you wear shoes suitable for lots of walking. Gorgeous views, this trip exceeds expectations!

A well organized, hospitable and fun tour! Great for solo travelers with no need to worry about safety etc - you’re well taken care of and with a group so it’s a good way to make new friends. You get everything: a challenging activity; history lessons; beautiful views; food; and more. This is a must-do tour if you’re planning a trip to Colombia!

The journey. Scenic mountain and countryside was wonderfull. Clean air, lots of greenery, farmsteads. Jus a beautiful country. Breakfast. As traditional as traditional gets. Little kicker was the hot sauce. Must try. If brave enough do level three. 🧨🔥 The climb. Climbing the rock at peñol was great. Must do on a sunny day. You may get a little winded. But the views are worth it. Need stronger legs to get down as well.😉 The HELI TOUR has killer views but ride is very short and u need to climb a small hill to get to the helipad. Guatapé. Colourful, tranquil and quaint little town. The "socales" were eccentric, wonderful cultural preservation. A must try is the cinnamon rolls and cannabis beer. Its as good as they say. The farm. The animal farm was great experience, also great for kids, but too little time was scheduled for this event. Feeding Llama, horse, goats, donkey, sheep. Be careful, the llamas can get a little frisky and some do bite. Boat tour. The most uneventful activity of the trip was the boat tour - a 45 minute ride on the lake. Didn't get to see much. LUNCH. Food was as expected, traditional meal. Not the greatest as minimum time was had and food got cold pretty quickly. Maybe its the service (40+ meals) or the atmosphere (high altitude). Guide. ALEX - was fun, knowledgeable and managed the tour professionally. He ensured we maximised the experience. SANTIAGO (driver)- didn't speak English but kept us safe on the meandering hilly terrains. Overall. Great family experience. May not be great for small kids, you can take them(same entry fee) but you definitely have to carry them ,( on shoulders (be careful - steep stairs, low head room in some areas and your on the face of a cliff/wall), backs, in your arm or extremely slow walking up with them. The altitude - affects everyone differently. Things for the tour operator to consider. 1. More of the local history 2. Include one or two roadside stops to get local snacks, fruits or treats directly in/from the countryside/farm areas.

Are guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. He took us through multiple spots on this tour which was amazing. Be prepared to be out almost all day. I definitely recommend you take this tour to see different parts of Colombia

This was a fabulous tour. Both meals were incredible and I loved the variety of activities included.

One of the best all day tours we've ever done. Climbing the 700+ steps of the rock for the views, then visiting Guatape such a beautiful town and the boat ride was an excellent way to chill out to end the day. Marlon was an excellent guide, very funny, very knowledgeable and just a great guide to spend the day with. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing! You do a lot but it didn’t feel like we were hurrying up. Guide and driver did an excellent job beating the crowds. Very punctual. Clear and concise instructions.

The entire experience from start to finish was so much fun. Our tour guide Marlo was very humourous and engaging and four driver Sanyo was also very kind and friendly. Both as a duo was great and the long trip was absolutely worth it.

There were three of us who went on the tour. All was as they advertised. Bus was comfortable but bring a jacket as it gets cold. From getting breakfast to seeing the sites, to a really good lunch, boat ride and more, Laura Valle our guide took care of us. She was great! Highly recommend if first time here or even a second visit. Thank you for the memories!

If I could give this trip 10 stars I would. Our guide Alex was very kind and spoke very good English. Very informative, gave us details of what we were doing at every stop. He also made sure everyone was aware of our meeting spots and times to return to the bus. It was jam packed full of activities: breakfast, the history of the towns and upcoming projects for the area, the rock climb is not for the weak. Then we went into the town of Guatapé and got to explore for a decent amount of time, lunch, the boat ride was fun and the farm at the end was a great way to end the day before the journey back to Medellín. Highly recommended the tour. Great value for a day trip

This is a must if you visit Medellin and have a day to spend exploring several sites. You might be a bit winded walking up, but the views are worth it. You can celebrate with a few adult beverages!

Wonderful day tour to Guatapé climbed the Rock then went to the town for a lovely tour by our brilliant tour guide Laura. She was fantastic to us all. Then we went on the boat trip and saw the mansion. Followed up by a stop at the pet farm. Meals were out timely but only okay. Overall a great day.

Such a fun time! Bus was comfortable, included food was delicious, and the tour was jam packed of things to do with also stops to rest up so it didn’t feel overwhelming.
