My Guide Josua was amazing!! Very knowledgeable expert in taking pictures doesn’t rush you at all and guides you to get the best of Guarape!!!highly recommended!!!!

This is the second tour I've done with this company and it did not disappoint. First I did the coffee tour they offer and I had a pleasurable enough experience that I booked the Guatape tour straight away. My tour guide, Camilo, was incredibly nice, super knowledgable and very accommodative. Honestly, I don't really have anything bad to say about the tour or the operator. I would definitely book with them again in the future and recommend them to others. Our tour went to the Penol, the town, el Chocho and if I wanted (I did not) the boat tour of the lake. They day was awesome, I had plenty of liberty to explore and I truly enjoyed my time with Camilo. In summary, I highly recommend this tour.

We had an amazing tour. Our guide Sebastian spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Guatape. He made sure to build the tour around our own interests and was also a great driver.

We had an amazing time with Sebastian as our guide. He took us to all the stops and gave explanations on the region, the history, and the culture of Guatape and the surrounding region. He answered any questions we had and had a great time with him. Highly recommend!

Great tour. Saw the el Peno rock, town and did jet skiing. Joshua was a great guide who spoke very good English. Transport was comfortable and matched what was promised during booking. Would definitely recommend this tour as must see for those visiting medellin.

We had an outstanding day in Guatapé thanks to Joshua. He was professional and punctual, yet still warm and personable the entire time. He accommodated all of our questions and was happy to adjust the pace for photos, bathroom breaks, and extra stories about the history of El Peñol and the town. The tour itself was excellent. Joshua is genuinely informative without being overwhelming — he knows the area inside and out and shared details we wouldn’t have found on our own. Bonus: His lunch recommendation was fantastic. Great local spot, great food, and not a tourist trap. If you’re booking a Guatapé tour, do yourself a favor and request Joshua. 10/10 experience.

We went on this tour to Guatape with Camantour and it was the best experience ever! I’ve went through many tours around the world but Camantour and John our guide was awesome. We were picked up exactly on time the next day for our day trip to Guatape. We were greeted and welcomed by John once he arrived. The mode of transportation was very comfortable. John took us to the best recommended places to eat breakfast and lunch during our excursion. He showed us various points of Guatape which was amazing. He is very friendly, funny, knowledgeable and is bilingual! We had an amazing time at Guatape and climbing El Peñol. If you’re in Medellín and looking for a day tour, don’t hesitate to contact Camantour and make sure to ask for John! We will definitely be choosing Camantour for our next tour when we return to Medellín.

Guatape was an excellent tour. I’m learning Spanish so my tour guide Joshua tailored everything to my level and substituted English where needed. The hike is absolutely beautiful at the top. And the stairs are fun. It’s so unique. And then we went through the town which was vibrant and fun.

Good tour The Guatapé tour was one of those experiences that stays with you. We explored the colorful streets filled with vibrant zócalos, learned about the town’s history, and enjoyed the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was the climb, challenging but exciting, with every step building anticipation. Reaching the top and seeing the lake spread out below was absolutely worth it—peaceful, breathtaking, and unforgettable.

Camillo is an excellent provider of tourism in Columbia. Especially Medillin and Cartagena. He provided transportation, tourist attractions, restaurant suggestions, hotel accommodations. All his recommendations made for a stress free trip. His day tours are top notch! I've traveled around and his company is one of the best. I'm returning Jan 28 for more. New review to follow!

After our first tour, we wanted to repeat with Joshua to see Guatapé, and it was an excellent decision. He explained the history of the place, the town, and its surroundings with great clarity, always kind and attentive to ensuring everything went well. The car was excellent and the trip was very comfortable. If you go to Guatapé, we highly recommend going with Joshua. 100% recommended!
