If you are spending a few days in Medellín, this excursion is totally recommended. It is a very complete experience in which you can enjoy the culture, the gastronomy, and some spectacular landscapes. Guatapé is a beautiful town, full of color and charm, and climbing the Peñón is an experience that is very much worth it. Although the ascent requires a small effort, the views from the top more than make up for it. We took the excursion with Panamérica and both our guide, Lina María, and our driver, Santiago, were very kind and attentive at all times. They allowed us to enjoy each stop calmly and without rushing, making the experience even better. Without a doubt, an excursion that we recommend 100%.

I loved this tour. The town of Guatapé is very beautiful and picturesque. We rode in the “tuk tuks” (chivas) and it was very fun. The people are very kind, smiling, and helpful. The Peñón is a challenge to climb, but it is worth it because the view is spectacular. I highly recommend this tour.
Excellent experience! We visited Guatapé and El Peñol, where we took a beautiful boat trip on the reservoir. It was very fun, dynamic, and agile. What we liked most and want to highlight was the VERY good vibe, kindness, willingness, and energy of the guide Stephania and the driver Jonathan. The excursion was great! We visited Guatape, El Peñol, and we also had an excellent boat trip on the El Peñol reservoir. It is worth climbing the Peñol rock for the incredible views. Excellent excursion, we visited Guatape, the El Peñol rock, and it is worth climbing the more than 700 steps to have a wonderful 360-degree view; we also did the boat trip on the El Peñol reservoir. The best part was our guide Estefanía and our driver Jonatan, a 10 for both of them!!! The best part of this trip.
Incredible experience, the guide Estefanía (Estefa G) was very fun, involving everyone and making the trip very pleasant with her "Hello hellooo friends" and her jokes, and the driver Santiago also participating and making the trip unique. I would do it again with them!!!

We enjoyed this wonderful place very much; the view from the top of the rock is spectacular, the climb was easier than I imagined, and along the way, we visited several places. Panamericana Viajes is a highly recommended agency; they picked us up at the hotel very punctually, our guide Mónica explained everything about the places visited, and she was attentive to everything. Highly recommended!!!
