Santa Fe was a lovely city. I enjoyed my time with Daniel as he was an excellent guide, host, and driver. I would certainly recommend this trip for anyone who wants to get out of Medellin for the day.

Thank you Juan!!!! What a trip? The place is stunning and a must see. I highly recommend it. If you have the opportunity ask them to schedule you with Juan. He knows the history of the place. The best places to eat and shopping and he never rushes you!!!!
We were asked to start an hour later- at 9 am rather than 8 am. We did not visit San Jeronimo at all (included in the itinerary). Our guide was sick. He coughed the entire trip and that has bothered us since we are on a 25 day trip and don’t want to get sick. He spent much of the time on his phone, too. Santafe de Antioquia was charming, though. Price was too high for what we received. Basically just transportation. Uber would have been better.
David was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very accommodating. He made the trip super fun through his jokes and fun personality.
Daniel was a, great tour guide with a lot of knowledge about the places we visited, answering any questions we had. And he was entrereinig us all the way to Santa fe Antioquia, with the story of Pablo Escobar. Very placed with him and very much recommended. Thanks Daniel
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour to the hanging bridge and Santa Fe. Joe, my guide, customised my visit to my interests and abilities. He shared with me a wealth of information above and beyond the places we visited. We talked about society, culture, economy, the people, every day life in Colombia. The scenery on our way was beautiful; the mountains with hundreds of shades of green, the clouds, the roads. The hanging bridge over the river was a very pleasant walk. Our visit to Santa Fe involved strolling through the town, a very refreshing drink and a visit to the church. I returned back full and fulfilled. Definitely Joe played a great role in this and for this I am grateful.
We booked this tour pretty last minute, and we are very happy that we did. The trip itself was fun, and it was made better by our tour guide/driver Luis Alberto. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he provided information about the town of Santa Fe, he also shared with us information about other areas of Colombia. He also helped us take a lot of pictures. The place we had lunch was beautiful, and the food was excellent (highly recommend the baby beef.) The last stop of the tour was the Puente de Occidente and it's definitely one of the highlight. Highly recommend this trip, definitely worth the time and money if you have an extra day at Medellin.
Juan Pablo was our guide and was very friendly and explained everything in a very good manners,Me and my girlfriend were very happy
Great tour of Santa Fe. Very interesting old colonial city. It has an incredible central square and lots of wonderful old churches. There is also a museum with the Declaration of Independence for the state from the Spanish crown. In the Colonial days, Santa Fe was the largest city in the area; it was later that people started moving to Medellin. I highly recommend the tour. Ask for Joe, he is a great guide.
Santa Fe is a very beautiful city! Our guide Fabián is really a kind person, well prepared and available.
Fabio is our guide and he is very funny and very good photographer as well. When we reach the Santa Fe bridge, we were with a local guide and he started telling the history about the bridge and Fabio was our translator. He translated the history into English and how the bridge was built and where the builder gets the inspiration. He was very precise to his translation and fluent. He felt bad when the car broke down on our way to Medellin but thank goodness this happened when we are still in Santa Fe. He never left us and make sure that we are ok until our new ride arrives. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to come with us as he need to contact a tow truck and take the car to mechanic. He keeps checking on us via text and make sure that we arrive in our hotel in one piece! :) We were relieve to know that he came home safe to Medellin later that night.
Everything was excellent! The booking was simple and easy and Camilo answered any questions we had. David was a great tour guide (friendly, knowledgeable and kind) and the tour scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We learned so much and had lots of fun. Highly recommended.
Santa Fe is fascinating but you'll never think you're being transported into an earlier century because the colonial streets are crammed with noisy motorcycles. The museums are the only way to get away from them. Luis was helpful and informative but he tends to say things are "old" which doesn't say much and although I was obviously having fun, he constantly asked me if I was enjoying myself.
The Full-Day Private Colonial Santa Fe de Antioquia Tour was an absolute blast. My friend Yuri and I were accompanied by Esteban. Esteban made us feel comfortable and a part of his family right from the beginning. It was great to learn about the places we were travelling through, try new foods, have Esteban take our photos, and have Esteban's guidance when we wanted to find a place to eat and specific souvenirs to purchase. Esteban allowed us to determine where we wanted to go and how much time we wanted to spend at particular spots. All three of us had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this trip to anyone. Thank you for a memorable day
Estéban is just a wonderful guy, he knows the area perfectly well, he knows good spots for eating, walking, and shopping, and besides, the trip is so amazing the view is incredible and towns are lovely even if you have already been to these places I'll recommend you to take this tour
My private tour to Santa Fe with Wilson was wonderful! 100% bilingual and very well versed in areas of interest. Because it was just he and I, we were able to move at our own pace. My favorite part of the day, was making an unexpected stop to converse with some locals who were panning for gold in a river. Was a great experience, highly recommend this tour, and Wilson as a guide!
Santa Fe is a world away from Medellin and just as essential to the history of Antioquia. The primary attractions are a beautiful and unique suspension bridge and the equally beautiful square and surrounding old town of Santa Fe. There is also a very nice museum primarily centered on Juan del Corral, who signed the Act of Independence of Antioquia in 1813. The tour was very nicely paced to allow both for seeing all the main attractions and also for simply taking some time to have a cool drink and enjoy the scenery. We were never rushed, nor bored. There is a fair amount of travel in getting to and from Santa Fe from Medellin, and our guide Juan Camillo made the most of it. He was friendly, completely fluent in English, and provided information on any and all aspects of Colombian culture and travel opportunities that we asked. It made a HUGE difference to have such a friendly and professional guide.
We loved the tour, David was very attentive always watching us, we were very pleased. It was a very personalized tour, with knowledge of all the places. Definitely recommended:)
The guided tour with Luis was great Luis is an extraordinary person thank you to him for this beautiful day ........
Un tour privado que resultó en una agradable experiencia. El guía Juan fue muy atento y nos explicó situaciones a lo largo de la ruta muy interesantes. El pueblo es pintoresco y lo remite a uno al pasado.
Luis Alberto is a great guide! Very wise and knowledgeable about everything. Very good talk, great music in the car and conversation about everything and for all tastes. Santa Fe was very nice and Luis made it more special with his conversations during lunch. Super recommended. 😃
Second day of tour with DAVID BETANCUR and another Wonderful day. A wonderful experience thanks to our guide, whose knowledge and passion for the history and culture of the region made every moment something to remember. Their storytelling skills immersed us in Santa Fe's rich past, while their attention to detail ensured a seamless and personalized experience. What stood out most was his ability to adapt to our interests, offering recommendations that enriched our trip. His infectious enthusiasm and always positive attitude created a welcoming and fun environment. Thanks to our guide, Santa Fe de Antioquia was not just a tourist destination, but a door to a world of stories, flavors and traditions that will remain with us forever. We highly recommend their services to any traveler looking for an authentic and enriching experience. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!
