The Medellin tour was amazing. Would definitely recommend it. Erika our tour guide is interesting, full of knowledge and made the tour fun. The Pablo Escobar tour is a must. As are Plaza Botero and the Comuna 13 parts of the tour. We had a great time and learned a lot.

Our coffee tour with Oscar was one of our top 5 moments in over 50 years of world travel. The experience was absolutely amazing, we learned so much and had a laugh at the same time. The combination of Oscar sharing his extensive knowledge alongside the hands-on aspects (and delicious coffee) made this a must-do for anyone visiting Medellin. You will gain a whole new appreciation for coffee!

We had an amazing time with Henry viewing the city. It started with him picking all 6 of us up from our AirBNB. We started by visiting a bustling local market. We had a fruit tasting there. Even the Colombians in the group tasted new fruits, it was almost all new to me and all of it was amazing, especially the hijo, the watermelon tasting fruit. We saw the house where Pablo Escobar met his fate and we learned some of the history surrounding the event. The downtown was still full of life even if we did our tour on a Sunday. I particularly enjoyed the statues donated to the city and learned that the Wall Street bull was also a donation from the same artist. Henry was really flxible with the tour so that my 84 yearold dad was also able to attend and enjoy Medellin. Thanks Henry.

I decided on the 4 hour Medellin city tour because my Father is elderly and we did not want to do anything too strenuous. This was such a perfect way to see and learn about Colombia, its history, and people. Oscar took his time to explain everything to us from the moment he picked us up at our AirBnb. He made us feel extremely comfortable and my Father was especially happy to hear he spoke excellent English. Highly recommend to get a taste (literally tasted local fruits!!) of the local scenes and history of Medellin. Tip - book on a Sunday morning to avoid crowds!

We were blown away by this tour!!! So much fun, so many things to do and we learned a lot about Medellín. Yuly was an exceptional tour guide! She was attentive, informative, fun and made us feel like family! There’s so much to see and do in the Comuna. Our private city tour on Nov 3rd, was eye opening. Oscar, our guide, was very knowledgeable, personable, and fun! He provided us with an insiders look into the history of the city, as well as the stories behind the building architecture and art of Botero. More, we had a deeply moving visit to the memory museum on the tour and a tasty visit to a fruit market - both an absolute must. Strongly recommend this tour and Oscar, if you visit Medellin! I had the pleasure of going on a city tour with my guide, Andres, and it was nothing short of amazing! He was incredibly attentive, making sure I was comfortable and engaged throughout the entire tour. What really stood out was Andres' deep knowledge of the local culture, history, and hidden gems. He shared fascinating insights and stories that truly brought the city to life. We had a blast at Botero Square, where Andres pointed out all the quirky details of the sculptures, making the visit way more interesting than I could have imagined. We also ventured through Comuna 13, and I have to say, Andres made walking through the area feel so much easier and more enjoyable. His insights into the transformation of the neighborhood and the street art gave me a deeper appreciation for the place. One of the highlights of the day was the fruit tasting – I got to try some exotic, delicious fruits that I would have never discovered on my own! We also stopped at a local coffee shop (that just opened two days ago!) and tried out fantastic coffee. Andres went above and beyond, not just guiding me but ensuring I had a personalized experience that felt both educational and fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city. 5/5!! We toured the city and got to view many historical sites, we also viewed the city from the air in the Sky Cable Car come on my son then i'm always like. We also tried exotic foods which were delicious. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we highly recommend for everyone new to Medellin.

We had an amazing time on our tour with Oskar and learned so much about Medellín! Oskar picked us up right from our hotel and made the whole experience seamless. Our first stop was Botero Square, which was incredible. Oskar had such a wealth of knowledge about the artist and shared the fascinating history behind each bronze statue. We then explored some of the city’s coolest buildings and enjoyed seeing beautiful art along the way. The highlight at the end was a visit to a local fruit stand, where we got to try so many delicious fruits—most of which were completely new to us. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Medellín!

Luis was an excellent tour guide. We learned a lot about Medellin which I had last visited in 1964, before the guerilla wars in Antioquia. It was great to ride the newish Medtro system as well as the cable car. Since most of the tour was in a vehicle we were able to see much more of the city than if we'd taken a primarily walking tour.

Yuly was our guide and she was fabulous. I enjoyed visiting Communa 10 and seeing inside some of the important and notable buildings in the area. The flexibility was nice on a private tour. Since we had already done a fruit tasty elsewhere, we were able to try street vendor food with delicious arepas, empandada and sweets.

Our day with Yuly was very informative, fun, and well organized! We learned a lot about recent Colombian history and culture. Yuly is knowledgeable and delightful. We could not have covered the variety of sites we visited in Medellin without such a skillful guide.

Henry was wonderful. On time, informative and fun. He shared personal perspective coupled with historic facts making the tour we had hoped for. The hike to the escalators was demanding for our seventy five year old legs but he made it fun and easy. Ending the day with the fruit tasting was perfect.

Oscar our guide was courteous and very knowledgeable in all subjects related to Colombia. Our walking tour started with the museum of memory where he gave us a detailed history lesson, then we tasted tropical fruit in a market. Followed by a tram ride and then a cable car ride where we had a glimpse of the neighborhoods in the surrounding mountains of Medellin . We finished the tour by Plaza Botero where we admired the sculptors of Botero. I highly recommend the tour specially with Oscar!

Our private tour of Medellin was an amazing experience! Our best tour in Colombia by far. Oscar was an excellent and knowledgable guide, and his English was perfect. He picked us up at our hotel in the morning and showed us around the downtown area, historic district, and Botero Square. In the afternoon, we took the cable car up to Comuna 13, where we learned about its complex and turbulent history and how the community has transformed over the years. We learned so much and had such a good time. We also had an excellent lunch and a fun tropical fruit tasting! I highly recommend this tour!

We’ve done hundreds of tours over our traveling career and this gentleman is by far the top .1%. Knowledgeable, affible entertaining. Do yourself a favor and spend a day with him.

The sight seeing was phenomenal. We felt extremely safe with Henry as our guide. We had wonderful conversations, felt like traveling with family. Henry was knowledgeable and extremely professional. Oscar was a fantastic guide. I am glad I did a private tour - I learned so much, not only about the history of Medellin and its neighborhoods but what street art symbolizes and represents memories and wishes. Comna 13 in particular was very busy with large tour groups but Oscar avoided the crowded time and took me through the area in a way that I could see its residential life as well.

This half-day tour was an excellent way to see Medellin. Among the highlights, the fruit tasting at the market was delicious, and viewing the city from the cable cars gave us a unique perspective and history. This was an incredible private tour experience. Oscar is extremely knowledgeable and even showed me some great local areas of communa 13 and a local fruit stand in the gentrifying Buenos Aires district. If you book this tour then you need request to book it with Oscar. I would and will be recommending this anyone traveling to Medellin who wants to get a very immersive, historic, and local perspective of Medellin.
