This is the third time I have used this company to pick me up from the airport and as always they have been on time. Great communication once I landed. The driver was very professional and was right there when we came out of the airport. Highly recommend this company for airport transfers, as I will use them again as well.

Seamless pick up from the Medellin airport. On the day of, we started communication from the time my plane landed. Oscar was waiting for me with a clear sign. The company sent me a picture of what he looked like so I knew who to look out for. The drive to the hotel was filled with salsa music and poor Oscar helping me with my unstructured Spanish conversation. Will use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. There was no way to leave an electronic tip so plan accordingly.

Highly recommend for airport transfer. I booked a few days in advance transportation from the airport to my accommodation. After I made the booking they reached out via Whatsapp to confirm details. When I arrived they stayed in contact with me via Whatsapp while I waited in the immigration line, and as soon as I exited the passenger area the driver was waiting with a sign despite a one hour delay from the long immigration line. Driver had the address I provided and made sure I arrived safely since it was late at night. Everything went very smoothly. I would use again without hesitation.

It's a bit expensive as you're charged by the person. At $30 each, I paid $60 for two people which is a bit pricey especially for Colombia. But the service was 5 star, and it was the most reliable option available at the time. The driver was on time and drove well, and his vehicle was great.

Communication was lacking and they said he would be at the airport with a sign but in fact we waited another 15 minutes and had to find him out on the road. Additionally he couldn’t figure out where our hotel was and dropped us 3 blocks away as we carried our luggage through a bustling street at 11:30pm.

He kept in touch with us thru WhatsApp starting the day before we departed up until he was outside the airport waiting to pick us up. He waited quite a while as immigration took almost 2 hours to get thru but he said that was normal and he appreciated us communicating with him so he could enter the airport when we had our bags. Great experience, driver was texting me as soon as I landed, asking for line-length updates at customs. I met him as soon as I left immigration and customs, and we walked to the car. On the way to my hotel, he accommodated my request to stop at an ATM. Very professional service. The car was nice had a lot of room was comfortable.
