Versus Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this Tribute Portfolio hotel in Medellín.The hotel feels very new, modern, and comfortable, and everything was exceptionally well maintained.The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was delicious, fresh, beautifully presented, and very refined. I really enjoyed having breakfast here every morning. What impressed me the most, however, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, warm, attentive, and welcoming. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would especially like to recognize Yulian, Baeney, and Stephi, who were all outstanding members of the restaurant team. They were extremely friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, and professional. Their warm attitudes and thoughtful service made my breakfast experiences even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into taking care of guests. I would especially like the hotel management to know that these three team members deserve recognition for their excellent service. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín. I would be very happy to stay here again.

I stayed at La Loma Hotel while in Medellín for stem cell treatment with Stem Cell Colombia, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to anything I needed. When you’re undergoing treatment and recovering, having a supportive and peaceful environment makes all the difference, and the team here truly went above and beyond. The rooms are wonderful—clean, modern, very comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Having Netflix already set up on the TV was such a great touch and made resting during recovery feel so relaxing and like being at home. The neighborhood itself is lovely: safe, quiet, and very pleasant to walk around when feeling up to it. If you are coming to Medellín for medical treatments or just looking for a fantastic place to stay, I cannot recommend La Loma enough!

The location was great for what we were looking for. The restaurant was delicious and Bianey our water was amazing, remembered what we liked to order and took care of us even when he slammed with the morning rush. The breakfast included is absolutely amazing. Colombian traditional but mini versions with eggs cooked to your liking the options are endless and change daily. Would absolutely come back.

Exceptional Service from Bianey! We stayed at Loma Medellín Hotel for seven nights, and Bianey truly made our experience exceptional. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and detail-oriented. He remembered our preferences when it came to our food and drinks, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Bianey also went above and beyond to make a family member’s birthday extra special during breakfast, adding such a thoughtful and personal touch to the celebration. His outstanding service and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. Bianey is a true asset to Loma Medellín Hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Medellín. Highly recommended!
