The Click Clack Hotel Medellin

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning modern decor and chic aesthetic. The accommodations are incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and offer the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The location is completely unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of El Poblado, it is steps away from some of the absolute best restaurants, vibrant bars, and nightlife Medellín has to offer. On top of that, the daily breakfast is awesome—delicious, fresh, and high-quality every single morning. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the extraordinary customer service. I had mistakenly booked a stay for the wrong dates through Agoda, which usually creates a massive headache. David Melo went completely above and beyond to graciously assist me in navigating the cancellation and securing a full refund. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping me out saved my trip. If you are visiting Medellín, look no further than The Click Clack Hotel. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning!

It’s a very cool, comfortable hotel with friendly service and some nice touches (eg. This pillow that has lavender oil, magnesium tablets and eye mask… hard to explain but it’s cool and thoughtful). But in some places it’s style over substance. Even in a suite (or XL as they call it) the bathroom isn’t great, with a shower that’s hard to get in and out of, not enough space to hang towels and it feels cramped if you are both trying to use the sink. It’s also quite a dark hotel, both in public spaces and in the room which isn’t great when trying to find things or pack. They also tried to charge us for Nespresso pods we used in the room which are complementary in all other hotels (including far more budget hotels than this) that I’ve ever stayed in. Not just that, they were trying to charge 14,000 which is more than the local very good coffee shop! They took them off the bill… but it isn’t a good look. They are also building a new sister hotel next door, so you will be woken up at 7am to the sound of that. That said, it is a good hotel. It’s very comfortable. The rooftop pool is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay, nice buffet but main dishes a bit hit and miss. It’s in a great location and it is aesthetically pleasing. It’s just not quite perfect.

Very unique and thoughtfully designed hotel with plenty of amenities all in a really nice area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and are good with understanding English so it made our stay a breeze. The breakfast and food offered at the hotel was a good value. The only issue we had which wasn’t really an issue at all was that the bathrooms in each room are not a typical style of bathroom and it feels less functional than traditional hotel rooms. Regardless, the room had nice finishes and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel experience of all aspects of our stay. Staff were great with checking in and making sure we were comfortable. Breakfast staff were good and great spread of food. Sleep was great with options for different pillow hardness. Sleeping mask and oil were great. Special shoutout to Andres from reception checking us in. Edward and jhon from breakfast were great, good looking and super sexy. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
